They now charge $15 a nite for parking...they did not in years past.

Cleanliness and location

I don't mind paying for breakfast, however, 23 dollars breakfast buffet was inferior than most of the hotel that offers complimentary breakfast.

Quiet and restful.

Charge for using the parking garage was unexpected. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included, but I should have expected as much from a high-star hotel with its own restaurant.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, the room was nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Being charged for parking from a hotel who never charged years ago just adds to the cost when deciding which property to stay.

I had very bad experience

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no water in the washroom for nearly three hours, which disrupted our plans and even forced me to go to the airport to use the restroom.

No food options, restaurant didn't open until 5:00pm, coffee shop was closed

the carpeting on the second floor leading to the gym was stained and worn out. It look out of place with the rest of the hotel.

This hotel is rundown. The walls in the hallway were peeling off and had craks. Also the construction was onglong which added a lot of noises at the lobby.

Restaurant was great and very nice service. Loved having complimentary breakfast with drink service. Hotel smelled great. Beds were so comfortable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great running loop by the pond outside.

Clean nice just some mistakes were made on check in

I asked for a room with a shower only (no tub). He said all King rooms have a shower only. That was not the case at it had a tub and the TV did not work just a screen telling me to check on the cable provider... after midnight so too late to get involved.

I know The Westin to never drop the ball, no matter the city/place I am visiting. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - breakfast, parking, ambience, hotel staff made me feel welcomed.

$15 parking was unacceptable so parked elsewhere but still charged..working on resolution. Warter was luke warm. Was charged for interent though I get it free as a Marriott Platinum memeber...had to get them to remove the charge.

In general, I feel like 4-star Hotels charge for everything, no free breakfast, parking charge (not much and that is typical in some city's but it seemed in this area there were many free parking option Hotels

Warm room. Didn't realize it would not cool very well. Got back late in the evening and did not want to make the effort to change rooms at 11:00 pm. Thought the AC might cool us. 72 degrees outside. 71 degrees and muggy inside the room.

there was mold in the bathtub which I did not notice until after my 2 toddlers took a bath in and played in. They were both sick all day Sunday and Monday from it.

Rooms were clean, easy check in. Restaurant has good food.
