- It was close to the metro rail (culmer st) walking distance. The hotel offers free passes
- Location to hospital and also felt safe
- Ended up having to extend our stay a couple times due to medical issues. The staff was amazing all the time. So friendly and thoughtful and caring. I watched them go out of their way to accommodate many guests

- Some of the staff was rude and short tempered
