- Location
- Hotel is nice and clean but old! The room is very basic, it does not have any drawers. To get ice, you need to call room service! I had to pay an extra fee in order to get a normal king size bedroom!
- This hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. It was centrally located. It had full-service amenities that we needed.
Cons -
- The rooms in hallways felt just a little bit dated.
- The hotel finally offer to change another room around 1am, and that's the best they can do. 1 am !!! I paid 4 star hotel for a good sleep, they make me have no way to sleep and changed to another room at 1am!!! This is a horrible hotel and experience!
