- It was quiet and located close to Hershey park. The air conditioning worked amazing. The desk people were super friendly and very accommodating.

- There were roaches in our room, the blankets were not a thick fluffy blanket at all, more like thin sheets. Our window lock was broken, and could be slid up from outside, which made me a little uneasy.

Many people were outside smoking.The hallway to our room smelled of stale cigarettes, food, mold and other foul odors. I had to hold my breathe when walking through the hallway.The room had a mildew/mild smell. All but one towel was dirty and stained (I had to purchase my own towels at Walmart in order to take a shower).There was no one in the office for me to talk with for check-in, discuss the accommodations, or check-out. It appeared that the majority of other guests must live there permanently.
