Continently located. Also, everyone was super friendly. Our room was nice.

Thought the 48 dollar parking per day was too much. And you had to reserve for either 24 or 48 hours. We didn't even use 9 hours of it

Good location. Conference facilities were also good

Construction next door started early (6am) and was loud

No free breakfast options, ice cream sandwiches were soft and melted, carpets in hallway and rooms look filthy, could not see in our room the lights all 7 were too dim to do make up or get ready properly, the refrigerator spoiled our food didn’t get cold

It was easy to get to, the location was good.

I did not like that there was no free breakfast and breakfast cost $20 a person.

There is no consistency across Hilton Garden Inn. One place has full Breakfast Included. Next Place charges $25.00 for powered Eggs and coffee!? The room was on the 2nd floor and I might as well have been in the middle of Broadway!! LOUD!!!

Breakfast not included, cost $20/person. Parking $49 per day + $50 per day for incidentals. That was an extra $200 for my 2 day trip! Total for 2 days=$500!!! The ?spa? (hot tub) is non-existent. It was covered with stone a long time ago!!!

No hot tub!!! Was in the pics but it?s not there!! So disappointed!! Some of the elevators didn?t work. You have to pay to park and pay for breakfast!! Way to expensive to stay there!!

Hotel staff was excellent. We had a small issue with our room and once brought to staffs attention extremely apologetic and moved us immediately and due to inconvenience provided a free breakfast and point to my Hilton account. Location was great!

The proximity to downtown, you can walk to anywhere. Was told at the front desk to Uber or Lyft, because it was too far to walk, but we walked to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, and many great restaurants within 10-15 minute walk.

The valet parking issue, $40 a night. Was told when we arrived about the parking. The website says parking available and also says parking, there may be a fee. There wasn't any FREE parking available.

Hotel was in great location. Reasonable price for area. Room was very nice. Staff was friendly. And good workout room.

Room was nice and mostly clean. There was a jacuzzi in the room, so that was a fun surprise. However, it didn't work. We could only fill it with water...no jets.

There is a valet here that I did NOT know about. Failed to do more research. If I knew prior to booking, I wouldn't have stayed here. It was 40 for overnight. They didn't give me an option to not use valet, but there IS a parking garage across the street!

The staff was very friendly and informative, they gave us advice that saved a lot of time getting to our destination. The room and grounds were well kept and clean. The location was very close to a lot of restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

We were in room 724, everything was clean and comfortable except there seemed to be a leak in the bathroom. I dried water off the floor at night but by morning there was water on the floor again
