Breakfast

Understaffing led to us not being able go eat at the restaurant. The blackout curtains were too short, still letting light through. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, there were some beard hairs on the sink and the wall socket.

Location. Expensive taxi ride from the airport and to the cruise port canceled the savings of not staying in the central city.

Breakfast Location

I was expecting a larger family room It was cramp Poor and old pillows Hot, no air and noisy place they had me. My son and I had to make due with limited bedbunk beds, a one doule bed. The gym and pool were small...

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help me get an SAS boarding pass on a Sunday when the SAS office was closed.

There is a tile missing in the base of a bathroom wall and some mold in the shower.

Pillows too small and soft.

Nice rooms, arrived late and the reception was open, big breakfast room.

TV - casting. One has to connect to the local wifi and it never got a connection to the tv, so it was not usable. On weekends, it would be nice with an extended breakfast time until 11.

Everything. Easy parking. Great breakfast. Nice room and bathroom. Clean and well stocked.

One little negative is the restaurant does not work on weekends

They closed the pool for cleaning in morning when I went to use again and it was locked. They couldn’t tell me how long to reopen. They close pool and sauna several times per day for cleaning. Would be nice to know the closure schedule to plan around. But other than that great stay.

Nice hotel, good scrounging, clean, nice staff!

Everything was as expected, very nice place to stay with the family. There is a pool and great breakfast, with plenty of selections for kids and grownups. The room might seems small, but it is a regular family room in Scandinavian standards, since we were mostly in the city it served us well. The hotel is easily reachable via busses, but keep in mind that it will take about 30-40 min and bus changes to reach most central attractions. Still for us that was not an issue. The room was clean, the common areas were quite cozy and the staff was super attentive and very nice! In previous reviews people were complaining of the cleanliness, we had no issue with that everything was nice and clean.

One of the reasons I chose the hotel was to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately the water is quite cold. So it is ok for a quick refreshing swim, but if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the pool with your kids - this is not the place. Smaller kids may even not get into the water. On the up side the sauna was nice and so is the area in general. Regular bacon and not so spice sausages at the breakfast would be very welcome. I have to say it is a bit of an expectation to have a regular bacon at breakfast, but only the Danish version was served (cube cut up pieces). We did not have any, and usually its what we have for breakfast.

It was lovely and quiet and a great location for us with good bus connections. The staff were all excellent, as was the food. We would have liked the restaurant to be open at weekends however.

Restaurant closed and wasn’t told til I got here. Was never offered anything in compensation. Everything pretty basic.

The breakfast was overall tasty with variety. The sauna in the changing rooms was a pleasant surprise.

The family bedroom was actually a normal size room where a bunk bed is opened from the wall. Once opened, the room becomes very cramped. Old features, everything looks worn-out. It would benefit from some renovations. The swimming pool was icy cold. We didn’t feel warmth nor welcomed from the staff.

Location, friendliness of staff, breakfast

The restaurant and hotelbar was reserved for events in the weekend. This was under par, not being informed prior to the visit. The hotel was chosen due to the pool amenities but was cold ( meant as a spa break not built for lengths and triathlon swimming). The sauna during the morning, before check out, was turned off to be 'energy efficient' but should be open/turned on. Especially when the pool is cold. You needed to inform the reception 20min before usage but no means of contacting the staff when you stood naked in the changing room and discovered the problem. The sustainable environment report should not be ahead of the user experience at a hotel markedet for a wellness break. The rooms were old and needed repairs.

Very comfortable and quiet place. Esay access to public transport. Has several aporting activity possibilities.
