Staff was very nice

There was no air-conditioning or central cooling. We were given fans to cool during the summer heat. It wasn't pleasant sleeping with open windows.

- Beds was comfortable. - we asked for an extra crib for our toddler and it was delivered within 5 mins to our door! - each of our kids got a complimentary mocktail, which was a big hit for them- location was great, next to a good shopping centre Ingesta - staffs were friendly and hardworking, especially during the busy breakfast time - swimming pool and sauna was great. We all enjoyed them

- the room gave a feeling that it wasn't very clean, and it was quite small- bathroom was weirdly shaped and also small- kids' playroom was too small and didn't have much to do there, not so many toys for the children- breakfast was decent but not so many options to choose from. - the room wasn't very well noise insulated, but not too bad

Nothing to find fault with

The breakfast was nice. There was a good selection. Since it is a family hotel, it's a nice touch that children had their own buffet table (both dinner and breakfast). I did wish though that in addition to the kid favourites pancakes, the table would have had fresh fruit etc. We travelled during July, so the hotel was very busy and at breakfast time you could really see this!As for adults, the choice was there, so no complaints. Loved the caramel iced coffee.In the room everything was nice. Bunkbed situation nicely solved with being able to fold it against the wall for more space if necessary.Loved the fact that there was a separate activity room for children, so if you wanted to eat your dinner in peace, you could. They even had a cinema (with popcorn and all) sitting for the kids for over an hour the evening we were there.

Cannot really point out anything. Maybe the location in the sense that if you're looking for a more central location then this is not the hotel for you.Also, please add more non-alcoholic cocktails (not bottled) into your bar menu.

Travelling by car and by business the location was good, and the reason for choosing this hotel. Good breakfast.

Old, worn and dated building. Average rooms, with older bathroom and noise from corridor with opening and closing of other room doors.

Kids liked the juice which was complementary. Playroom was good. Facilities were small but available like gym,sauna, swimming pool, kids play area. Free parking. Kids breakfast menu was kept separate and separate sitting area as well which was plus.

Family room could have been more bigger, would have loved to see more options in breakfast especially desserts.

A warm and welcoming environment with friendly staff. The buffet dinner was perfect for us and well priced. Lovely comfortable room and bed, and there was even a kettle in the room. Breakfast included in the price and very nice food for both meals. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

No complaints

The rooms were very clean. The beds very comfy. The bathroom had schampo, gel, conditioner and cream which is a plus!

There were some kind of disco or some next room with very loud music outside. Because of our 3 yrs old kid, I went to the maindesk and ask if they knew who could be the responsible. People wirking there were very rude. They said that cos it’s Saturday night this is expected and this is something we can’t fix. They even didn’t bother to check if there was a customer. The quality of the breakfast was not very good. Things were not very tasty and you could perceived that most of the things were frozen

Average stay with family

The corridors are dingy and not ventilated , felt very suffocating, no good lighting. Very high price for the experience we got.

Lovely breakfast. Out of town to get free parking which meant parking in town was difficult as a non-Swedish speaker. Loved the city museum and didn’t have time to finish the other one, and the art museum had such short hours we never got there. The whole industrial estate was fantastic. Meal in restaurant was ok and better than finding somewhere else to go. Room was good.

Wish they had a laundry. Running out of clothes and very hard to find a laundry.

I cannot be too polite to booking.com because I have been waiting for a reply for five days including Easter holiday. However, the company's official website shows that their customer support service work 7x24. I distinctly remember booking hotel accommodations for two adults and two kids, but the hotel only confirmed one adult and two kids?! I need to pay an additional accommodation fee for the extra adult. Although the amount is not much, I should not have to bear this cost because it is clearly a problem with the interface between booking.com and Scandic. My web browser's cookie records clearly show that I searched for accommodations for TWO adults and two children. Booking.com or Scandic Norrköping N, who can investigate it?

Nice location for our trip to kolmarden zoo. Nice breakfast buffet. Nearby supermarket (ica), and some restaurants. Have all we need.Room is standard as it is. Have a small swimming pool. Kids enjoyed there.

cleaning staff was very loudy just outside the doors (loud lough each couple of minutes)

the friendly staff land the large parking lot wit room for my horse lorry. the breakfast was great!
