We met the best shuttle bus driver we have ever had. He provided us with information about restaurants, shopping and pharmacies in the area. The hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was awesome!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The pool area was clean and inviting. Loved the yard size chess and connect 4 games. It added a fun touch! We got in late at night and only stayed until late morning before driving on to Key West, but overall we enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good value.
The room was stuffy and warm. Even when I turned the thermostat down to 68, the room stayed at 73. One of the beds in the room was pretty squeaky whenever someone would move or turn over at night. I know this is minor, but it was annoying. The breakfast bar was subpar. Definitely would have preferred a bit more selection.

The room was very spacious and clean.
The sofa bed was not comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. The card to open the gate to the parking lot never worked, I had to use the buzzer each time so they would open it for me from the lobby.

It’s comfortable. We went on 4 cruises last year and 1 so far this year and we always stay here. The staff is nice and courteous.
