Comfortable bed. Loved the robe. Good restaurants. Nice vibe.

We had trouble figuring out the lights and the coffee maker. Would have liked a top sheet or light blanket. The hotel is not close to the train or tram station.

The room is cool

The bathroom stores are broken and the living table too, customer service is not available in the delivery of bags or any excellent service, and for example, I wanted to room service , they said the restaurant is closed and you can order from outside or take for the bar down,and then the restaurant calls and says working !!!

Breakfast, location, the Spa.

The room was not private, the terace is being shared with another suite. Didnt like seeing other men running around the outside patio. Also the control panels inside the suite were broken. Needs some maintenance.

Modern design, impressive restaurants and pool

Cleanses, location and friendly staff.

A/C is not working properly. Temperature cannot go below 23C.Working at the lobby is difficult as there is no charging outlets for laptops.

The staff is very friendly and assisting, the location next to the Rhein is very nice

The room was a bit too warm some very warm days, and the sauna and pool is open only until 21.00.

Some things did not work (Minibar) and the air conditioning was very loud

The rooftop swimming pool and spa area is fantastic. Breakfast is above expectations with a.o. salmon, fresh fruit, large selection of vegetables. The decoration is superb throughout the hotel - neoclassic and chic. The room itself (a junior suite) was spacious and cosy. Mood lighting is very advanced. We appreciated the free minibar with local juices/beers.

The sauna area is closed in the morning, only the swimming pool is open. For those of us who are working a morning sauna would be nice.

I liked the staff's helpfulness especially Diana at reception who made my onward journey possible.,

Unavailability of 2 single beds in a room.

It is a designer hotel, so it's different, The location is excellent. It is very close to where I needed to be.The staff were very helpful and nice.

Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer.Reception had a difficult time to find a twin bedroom (my choice). All rooms with twins had been joined and it was not easy to separate.Took time to separate and redo the beds whilst customer waits.

I loved the location just next to the Rhine river, the breakfast, the bathrooms and spa area!

There is nothing that I didn't like, everything was to my fullest satisfaction!

Excellent room, breakfast out of this world - every choice you can think of. Bar food was good. Bar prices very reasonable.

Service in bar at night was slow. Location very remote from nearest town, however we prefer this and will come again.

Fantastic hotel,very clean ,amazing breakfast.Nice infinity pool.

Location, parking and the amenities

No hot water for one day, which could have been better accepted if there was some sort of apology and proactive information.

The location overlooking the Rhein as good. The spa and swimming pool was lovely. The car parking is secure

The room was awful. Mirror cracked. No toiletries. Weird bar in the room. No hanging space for bath robes. Cannot open the blinds as overlooked.

Location on the Rhine.

Bit tired in public areas. Noisy parties in evening and night. Block out curtains were to small (left big gap).

The view was amazing. The spa and infinity pool was really clean and relaxing.The cigar lounge was accommodating also with the fire ablaze

Dust and bugs in the room.We asked three times for it to be cleaned and was told it would be but our little dead bug friends had a longer stay than us along with the dust.

It was very nice, huge hotel with lots of facilities included in the price

The only down side was there was a Japanese restaurant in the hotel where I’ve seen the advert on the wall and called the room services to order food, however the person who answered said they dont have any of the japenese food and that the will bring us the menu, it took them 4 calls 2 hours to bring their menu to the room and the menu had completely different restaurant name on it. The japenese restaurant was called Yunico and it was on the 5th floor.No one at the room services were doing their job properly to be honest, so I never ordered anything.There was also a really bad smell in our room that did not go away after turning the aircon on for 5 hours

Spacious rooms. Ample lighting in the rooms. Complimentary mini-bar with assortment of drinks. A variety of restaurants at the hotel. Large windows.

The spa was disappointing. It was not fit for purpose given the size of the hotel and the number of guests. Guests were waiting in line to use the sauna and steam room.

the insolation of the rooms and complimentary drinks are top. i didn’t hear any noise. Had a great time.

the gym is a lil small and the parking rate for guests
