Excellent facilities with a very quiet spa area and lovely rooms.

The property is not very central and electric car charging was an unreasonable fee.

The best hotel ever, a classy, ​​clean hotel with a stunning view, delicious breakfast, ample seating in the lobby, a place to relax, and excellent service from the staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was fed well gluten and dairy free

Incredibly well designed and located - feels grand but also cosy with exceptionally kind staff and georgeous breakfast. The rooftop pool is a real treat, also the free joga

The breakfast was phenomenal. So many choices on the buffet. A whole menu to order from with eggs, pancakes, waffles, omlette, savory toast with cheese. On the buffet there was everything from individual egg dishes, porridge with berries, chia pudding, pastries, overnight oats smoked salmon, Brie and other cheeses, vegetables, fruit yoghurt, Processco, difference juices, kombucha. It was a delight. There was even a candy bar. The dinner was great too with choices of seafood, steak, pasta, gnocchi, every meal served around me looked amazing. The spa area was very relaxing and the roof top pool was the highlight. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, great bathroom and extremely comfortable beds .

There was nothing that I found to fault. It was a wonderful relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return.

restaurant service for dinner in casual dining was very poor.

Great lake location, nice to be able to pull in front of the hotel to unload luggage before valet parking of our automobile, less stressful than hotels that require fighting for a space to unload.

The air-conditioning could have been cooler, and while we opened the balcony door briefly to allow some cooler air in, then closed it (AC does not work with door open), we came back from dinner to find the room full of many insects, little mosquito like critters, even though the doors and windows were closed after we departed the room for dinner. We killed about 30 of these bugs before retiring for the evening. Better functioning AC may have avoided this, as we are guessing they came in the room, unknown to us, when the door was briefly opened to allow cross ventilation and reduce the temp in the room.

Staff had no instructions on how to deal with food allergies.Bar service slow - took far too long for them to serve you. Staff were there but were often chatting behind the bar and one was playing with throwing cocktail jugs etc. whilst we waited.Dinner service was variable. Staff are required to remember what you ordered and not write it down - they then get it wrong and then try to blame you for the wrong item.Check out - would have overcharged me except that I spotted in long bill they had included car parking charges that I had not used. Far too many careless errors from the staff for a top hotel.

Great location direct on Bodensee, excellent food, and good service.

Breakfast was outstanding with wonderful service and an amazing array of high quality food.The location, by the side of the lake, was perfect with a lovely 20/25 stroll into the old town and all the fantastic shops and restaurants on offer.

Perfect getaway. Beautiful property - very kind staff. Located at Bodensee (beautiful view). Amazing food.

When ordering a bottle of Champagne at the pool it would be great to receive the nice champagne glasses instead of the plastic ones :-) And we didn‘t really get an introduction of the location at the beginning (like where to find the pool, the restaurant, what are the opening hours etc) but these are just small details - we very much loved our stay and will come back for sure!☺️

We stayed for our anniversary and it was such a treat! The staff was lovely. The dining and spa options were exceptional.

The only bad thing was the WiFi & a small not well equipped gym but other than absolutely amazing hotel. Super friendly staff, always ready to help, beautiful location, clean, very nice facilities, delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel !

Exceptional quality and value for money. The spa is super clean and extremely well organized and the hotel is modern and well organized. The staff were welcoming and really friendly. The location is quiet and located just by the lake so it is a super relaxing place to stay.

It’s beautifully situated and well located. Our room had a terrace with partial view of the lake. The staff were excellent- highly responsive and thoughtful. The breakfasts were superb- including service. The dinners were also wonderful. Understated elegant interiors. Incomparable room service.
