They keep the place pretty clean. The bathrooms are cleaned every day and the rooms are kept up. The location is hard to beat and the price makes it worth the downsides.
There's no airflow in any of the rooms, so they stay warm and stale. If you open the window to try to cool it down it doesn't work, it just lets bugs like mosquitos in. The rooms all smell strange. It's a mix or the laundry detergent, the cleaning solutions and what I'm guessing is some sort of deodorizer.

There was no breakfast! Location is great. Lots of places to eat, and bars to drink no. Very close and part of japantown. As well as gen z bar on Columbus.

The location is the best.
This time around, I had a very horrible bedbug and roach situation, but the staff moved quickly to move me to a better room with no fuss, so I appreciate that.

The location was great. The staff was friendly.
The cleanliness was not pristine. There was a certain smell that was just inside always. The hallways were barely lit up. But that’s just the property. The room was all right
