Pros +
- Great view from the quadruple room, directly to the Thames River and Canary Warf. Very comfortable beds
- It was on the river and the ferry is complimentary. Other things that I did like: the patio overlooking the water. The public transportation routes are at the hotel. There is an Uber kiosk in the hotel.
- The hotel is across the Thames from Canary Wharf and it provides a free ferry to it. As a result, it gives easy access to London's s attractions both by water taxi and train, etc., including train access to Heathrow airport.
Cons -
- Bathroom was only half-renovated. New toilet and sink but the shower was still in the old bathtub
- It was old and dated. The cleaning standards were not what I am accustomed to. There was no fridge in the room. The layout was terrible. The room was small. There was a soured water smell. The elevator is tiny.
- I felt the service was very ordinary. As well, the hallways to the rooms were very narrow and the elevators small making it difficult to move luggage and people.
