- Location was excellent..however the AC wasn’t working.
- Reception staff were extremely helpful when I needed to change my room. Location is excellent for Dresden.
- The location can't be beat.

- The computer systems at the front desk operated very slowly and the lines were long for check-in and check-out. Even though I allowed 20 minutes to check-out, I was afraid I was going to miss my pre-ordered taxi to the airport for my flight.
