The Osprey at Beaver Creek, a RockResort

We have stayed here before and enjoy the location out of the traffic of the Valley shops, etc. but, close enough for shopping and dining. Good healthy breakfast.

Having to pay for parking, we have stayed there four other times and this was the first time it was not included and $35 is excessive.

The Osprey totally surpassed my family's expectations. This hotel is located in an area that is very manicured, and nature engulfs you. Our hotel room was one of the largest we've ever stayed in, and it took us by surprise. Beaver Creek is enchanting!

Having to valet our car each time we used it--but the process was quick and efficient.

After accidentally booking our room for the wrong night, the staff  was incredible and allowed us to stay the night we intended to without any issues. The included breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean.

Super friendly staff. Great location. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. Ski valet and car valet both went above and beyond.

Lovely rooms, delightful staff, nice continental breakfast to start the day, the location is across the street from the BCVillage so convenient to browse there but away from the activity when calm is wanted. All in all, we would stay there again,

The hotel was gorgeous inside, rooms were beautiful. The outdoor pool and hot tub were large and set so you could see the mountains and stars at night.

having to valet park all the time and therefore tip constantly no one cleaned the room the first night, only stayed two nights. restaurant was closed no place to hang out and relax bed was uncomfortable

The staff was very kind and helpful.

Current staffing issues meant that breakfast was not available in the morning and nearby coffee shops were not open either. I don't blame the hotel for this reality.

Clean

Every morning the room smelled like food and coffee from the nearby kitchen. Usually around 6-6:30 am and it was a very strong odor.

So close to the chair lift. The ski Valet. The easy of walking everywhere in town

The bathroom area. While you had a private toilet area, the main sink area did not have a door on it to close off. So if someone got up to dress or get a drink, and turned on the lights, the sleeping area was affected

great location. great amenities for a smaller resort. Friendly staff eager to make your stay enjoyable.

It was beautiful! Clean and sophisticated. Small place which made it feel very intimate. Very quiet. Loved the in room fireplace.

Hot tub was too small and too hot. Pool was too cold. Pool closed too early. Bar was closed.

Didn't care for bathroom or decor of room. Breakfast for 18.00 was a joke. Front desk, valet and restaurant staff made up for all wrong things but still we would not return.
