The selection of cold cuts was generous and fresh, offering a good variety to start the day. The coffee was also excellent—rich and well-brewed, just the way it should be in the morning.The overall atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly and attentive. If you appreciate a good breakfast with quality ingredients, this place won’t disappoint!

The building is old, but still clean & maintained.

The room was clean, beds were comfy and large... and the location is easy reachable

As the heating in the room was a bit small, the room was not that warm, and the windows was rather small. Also any checkin early or later then the provided hours is being charged rather expensive. Would be a nice included service if the rooms are available anyway...

Reception and staff were very nice. Room was very nice and quiet as well.

Bathroom needed a few minor repairs but overall it was great!

Very friendly and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The night we came the restaurant was closed, which was unfortunate as we had seen rave reviews of the food. The menu looked fantastic. Would love to come back to try the food ?

Breakfast was good

2 choices of pillows would be appreciated as the ones provided were too high. Also the weather was hot and the bathroom floor was heated. It felt like a sauna.

The cuisine was excellent. We brought 2 dogs and the room could not have been better - ground floor and french doors.

Evening meal and the outside dining ambience. The bedroom is a good size with a comfy bed and a fridge.

Excellent customer service.Excellent restaurant.Very comfortable stay.Easily one of the best properties in the region with a par-excellence Lebanese restaurant. The chef is amazing the food is awesome. We can go there again just to have dinner at the restaurant.That's not it, the service is unparalleled. Even before we reached the hotel, there was useful communication from the hotel staff to make the check-in process as smooth as possible. Customer service was always prompt in responding to queries; even at the hotel, they would go out of their way to help you.Of course, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to excellent customer service and great food.

The location was good.The facilities and designs in common areas were nice.

- receptionists were very cold - the room was not cosy at all, the floor was just ugly white tiles. Not worth the price overall.

The breakfast was adequate and the hotel could have had a better review

We were not informed of the restaurant and bar being closed until we had paid and did not know that the majority of the town was also closed Sunday evening. Good old Carrefour Express saved the day. The whole point of choosing a hotel is for the amenities where we were unfortunately let down.

This was the second year I stayed at the hotel. It is a lovely place with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is a nice start to the day.

Nice building been given a modern twist, our bedroom was very comfortable with plenty of hot water. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good. The best thing was the Lebanese restaurant our meal was nothing short of superb. We had the mixed Mezze platter each and it was delicious.

Great location and breakfast first class. Bed exceptionally comfortable and plenty of storage space. Very quiet and peaceful.

As the town completely closes down on a Sunday evening, it would have been nice if the hotel had offered some sort of evening meal, even if it was something very simple.
