- Lobby packed, people partying, kids running everywhere unsupervised. Pool claimed to be heated and was freezing, kids unattended in pool
- Owen Faust the general manager, fraudulently charged my Apple Pay after he claimed Booking.com failed to pass funds to him. I had booked and paid for the hotel using Booking.com, and then bought food and drink with Apple Pay while staying at the hotel. After Owen claims they did not receive funds from Booking.com, he found my stored credit card information from a drink purchase while at the hotel and used it to charge me for the stay which meant I was double charged. I had already paid on Booking.com and I was charged again without my permission a complete misuse of data protection and credit card information they only had because I had bought a drink while at the hotel. If a third-party partner fails to pay Hilton, it is not the responsibility of the customer to pay Hilton. They need to do regular debt collection from their third-party vendors. When I explain this to Owen, he told me once I got Booking.com to pay him then I would get my money back. Which is obviously completely insane. I do not work for Booking.com and it is not my responsibility to make sure their third-party partners pay them. My bank quickly removed this charge as fraudulent once I explained the situation to them as this is a completely fraudulent misuse of customer data. Do not stay at this hotel they will steal your credit card information and use it to charge you months after your stay.

Room was clean
Very noisy. Our room was across from the pool. We could hear children screaming until 11 P. m. We could hear someone in the room above us stomping and shouting. The highway noise could be heard from our room all night long. We could also hear people coming and going all night long and slamming their doors. Needless to say it’s not a quiet place at all. I booked my room on booking. Com and it listed breakfast was included however the front desk said it was made to order and not included. ?? Okay.
