That the pool was only open until 7pm. The bathroom was very small. Breakfast was ok

The location was ok, the hotel was clean and the clerk at checkout was very friendly and nice. The waffles were good at breakfast.

The beds were hard/uncomfortable, the toilet made a high pitched whistling noise when flushed. You could hear every word of every conversation in the hall as people walked by. The apples and muffins tasted old. The check in lady wasn't friendly.

the beds was comfy and i like how clean the showers were! very cute hotel.

when i first got there, we checked in and they gave us a room that had been used, had left over food in it, one of the beds was used, used towel. We got a new room overall it was just not what i was expecting after i traveled long distance, and paid.

It was clean. That is the most important thing I look for.

I could hear the guests at all times of the night & early morning on each side of me & in the hall way as they passed by.

Quiet; clean; breakfast included.

Front desk was not monitored much of the time. Anyone could be coming or going, or just hanging about the hotel.

My bed had bed bugs and there was no breakfast or water

Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, and nice hot breakfast.

There was mold around the shower door, and the walls were thin.

Convenient access to highway and room was clean.

Double charged for room. Arrived at 1:45PM to see if we could check-in early and lady at front desk acted annoyed by the question and was unwelcoming. At breakfast watched employee use bare hands to put eggs into serving tray.

Lady working in the continental breakfast area was pleasant and working hard.

Difficult exiting property. Sink drain lever did not function. Floor was not clean. AC did not seem to be working properly since everything in the room felt damp.

Parking was adequate and the bed was comfortable.

Room and Breakfast area was small. Presentation of hot food could be better. Stayed there because hotel has breakfast. However, ate breakfast outside of hotel daily. Must be careful going and out of hotel parking lot to main street.

It was right off the highway and easy to locate. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and quite nice! The shower door was odd, but it didn't leak at all. We had plenty of towels and the free breakfast had a lot of options.

The bathroom/shower was a little different. The shower and toilet were in one room and the sink outside the sliding door. The pillows were half sized (like throw pillows) so they were an adjustment when we went to bed.

Value. Good price for the location, with free parking and breakfast.

A bit dated, breakfast was not up to the level I have found at similar priced hotels. Same menu items every day.

This more than exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Fresh cheerful decor, clean, an ample breakfast, WiFi, and free parking. It was a $10.00 uber to Lower Broadway. Great value. Felt Safe.

I always like Sleep Inn when I stay there.

Everything was great except people in the hallway could be heard very easily and people were quite loud until late that night which was frustrating as I needed to get a good full nights sleep.

The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful.

The key card kept malfunctioning. So we were locked out the back door entrance and also to my room. The pillows were small. Breakfast area too small for everyone that stayed there. Did not change sheets everyday.

Unsaid the hotel was pet friendly and it wasnt i was asked to leave at 6 am

Just the fact that the hotel book says the pool closes at 10pm and yet at 830 the front desk lady kicked us out saying the books need updated. rude
