Wow..everything was just perfect. The location was right in the centre of the old town and the parking was a short stroll away. The facilities the staff the breakfast as well as bar was excpetional

The location was excellent, fantastic breakfast and the staff were very, very helpful and kind.

The hotel is in the heart of the old city, few stap from the cathedral. The breakfast is excellent. Large choice of the high quality ingredients. The rooms are super cleans and fancy.

It could be a great idea to equip every rooms with the tee set (kettle at first) not only the coffee machine.

Good location

This is not a 4 star hotel, despite what the lobby looks like. The room feels like a 3 star basic hotel. Very hard bed. Not enough pillows. The breakfast is subpar compared to other similar class hotels.

If you wanna be in downtown Rothenberg, this is the place for you. It’s a little bit pricey. Also, please be sure to research your route in getting there to drop off your bags. The caretaker is fantastic.

The location was excellent; our room was a very nice size. The decor was so beautiful. Loved how beautiful everything was! Breakfast was good, a typical European breakfast. It was so nice to be able to walk out the hotel door and be in the middle of everything.

location -near our venues - a marriage Alte Rathaus 3 minutes away; emergency buying of shoes (shoe store next door); parking close by; good restaurant close by - 2 minutes away; jetty for ride on the Danube 3 minutes away.

Location is excellent, at the heart of Regensburg's old city. The room was large, airy and comfortable, on the front of the hotel, overlooking one of the old streets. The breakfast is good but the range of food available isn't as wide as some, but that's commensurate with a 41-room hotel. The front-of-house staff are extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel is quite expensive but you're paying for quality and the best location in the old city, so, as long as people realise that, they should have nothing to complain about - we didn't, as it was our second stay at the hotel.

We liked the stay. The staff is very friendly. We loved the location. The room was quite comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. So nice to get Weißwürste every morning. Would definitely stay there again.

The workout room would be much better if the hotel would just get rid of the silly universal machine and replace it with a nice set of dumbbells and a couple of benches and yoga mats. The existing workout room is, basically, a joke.

Excellent location. Had view of the duchshund parade from our room. Street is busy and at times loud but the soundproof windows almost completely mitigated the noise. Staff very friendly and helpful . Good breakfast.

Excellent breakfast! We had a car & the parking garage was quite close to the hotel. All the staff were so helpful! The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable & quiet. Everything was within walking distance which was a huge plus!

The towels were very gray and old.Bathroom shower was extremely difficult to get in and out of.

Luxury property in heart of tourist area of old town. Excellent customer service in hotel and bar. Breakfast was delicious- extensive buffet plus made to order eggs and coffees.
