Rosarito Beach Hotel

Location

The star should be a solid 3. The hotel didn?t have any hand towels. Housekeeping missed areas of the common area to clean. The gym did not have any free weights and cardio equipment is old. Didn?t appear that anyone uses the gym.

From check in to housekeeping to bar/restaurant staff, all were over the top!! Professional, accommodating, friendly, such a great get away!!!

Our room was clean, but not luxurious and we really weren¿t expecting that it would be, so to be fair, we definitely got our money¿s worth.

Hospitality was great

The floor elevators were always wet. My father is disable,I was afraid he may slipped.

I booked because it stated wifi in rooms... there is NONE!

The location was excellent and my room overlooked the pool and beach. The restaurant there is conveniently located and complete with a bar.

The heater is the rooms does not work. It is old, outdated, and blows only cold air. We froze. Additionally, because we were at the furthest point from the lobby in room 711, the internet was not accessible at all, both morning and evening.

Awesome location. Beautiful views. Historic hotel with loads of history, lots of beach/space and things to do.

Room was a bit basic and older. Was in the smaller tower. Could use a facelift. That said, it was clean and fine. No carpet in the room or hallways so doors slammed a bit loud. Still, I would return.

The room is really old and heater did not work me and wife slept with our sweaters on , let them know in the morning they said why did not u call us we could of gotten u a heater , they did not tell us that . I have read on this motel and its the roo

Hotel is in the center of the strip to everything.

The room is outdated. It did not have ac and small fridge was not in service.

The view from our room was gorgeous! The hotel property is beautiful.

No ice machine so you can only get ice when the restaurant is open. The bed wasnt as comfortable as i would have liked.

Beautiful ocean views, awesome public spaces. The hotel managed to feel authentic, fun, and safe all at once.

Room was a bit dated and there were minor spots on the sheets, etc.

the room was not as nice as expected ..have stayed there many times switched room one time they all need attention staff was ok but not upbeat and friendly like they used to be happy to see you ... not indifferent ...

Right next to the beach. All rooms had view to the ocean.

That there was no refrigerator. That the rates would have been cheaper if we had called the hotel directly.

Everything was within walking distance.
