The beach was great

Advertised 11 restaurants we were told we only had access to 2 and the buffets, 8 nights there we could only get reservations for 1 night the rest we were stuck with buffets. Only 1 bar open in evenings. The walkways were uneven stone that I actually fell

One of the horrible, dirty, stinky hotels I've ever stayed. -> Centerpedes in the Bathrooms, under bed. We killed couple. (Attached the pictures) -> very small and ugly rooms. -> Bathrooms are disgusting with cracks , rust on the door and faucets

Rude Staff, Bathroom Very Small And Shower Clogged Took The Whole Week for the maintenance staff to fix the problem in 5 Minutes. I was almost leaving then. I Will Add A Review With Pictures In Google Maps Section

Good food, great staff, obviously all inclusive is nice. Beautiful beach and pools.

We will not stay here again mostly due to noise. Music is over the top, vibrating your chest loud. And it blares from 10am-7pm. We were both feeling horrible and fighting headaches constantly by the last day. It¿s a dated resort that needs touch ups too.

The staff was rude. We ended up moving to a different hotel. We never stayed the night.

Location is good

Receptionist had bad attitude poor customer service he was very rude,all other staff was not friendly. No one give any information about the hotel . All restaurants staff was good. We have request for towels every day wait for 1 hour to get it.

Sometimes waiting line for a restaurant lunch but is ok we understand not to many people for safety with the virus

The food was excellent! I loved the choices. The Covid protocols were followed well. The people who work here at Oasis really take good care of you.

Beach was good for swimming, but not great if you want waves, body surfing, etc. Great for younger kids though.

Due to Covid-19, keeping with CDC Guidelines, interaction was limited, but very pleasant with all staff members engaged. Property has some years, but nicely maintained.

Felt that the hotel administration should had informed us prior to our arrival that due to the past hurricanes that came through there that two of the restaurants were closed. Very long wait times at peak times made for very limited food offerings .

The staff were all friendly.

Everything was OKAY. There is no free WIFI. They do have some WIFI available in the lobby area, but it only worked with cell phones. Everything was in need of being remolded. It was very clear that this place was pretty old.

The Entertainment staff was wonderful and did a fabulous job from making us laugh to getting us to join in the festivities.

I thought they should have had more shows, or more activities at night.

Our stay was fantastic! All the staff had smiles on their faces and we had everything we could need. We ate in the buffet, Los Agaves, and La Bamba and at all three the food was incredible. Our favorite part was getting drinks from hotel employee at La Bamba Bar!

One of the days we were there it was a bit chilly and so we wished the pools had been heated to compensate for the bad weather.

I got real sick with the food and the alcohol I should get back some money back. My vacation was in bed sick like a dog. Dr there a super expenses I didn't have money to pay a dr

Honestly besides the shows at night nothing is good about this hotel.Nor the staff and facilities.

Like I said the night shows were the only good thing abuot this hotel.We're a family of four and we all got food poison,room was horribly disgusting bathroom smell like suager all the time no cold a/c,stained towels,noicy rooms in general,false advertise.

Lot's of kids. This hotel is only good for families with kids. A half of the resort was dedicated for kids.
