Location, near metro station. Grand lobby.

Food in the restaurant, room for improvement

Not much. The location was a bit away from the core of the city, but there was a shuttle to take you in and back to the hotel.

A very busy location so the staff were overwhelmed and inattentive. There was never a door person to open the door with heavy luggage. The dinner buffet was overpriced. The rooms were well worn. The staff were friendly.

unbelievable, im 75 yrs old , a nonsmoking floor thats smells like smoke So I ask them at front desk if They had a different room for me, I overheard one staff telling the one I was talking to , to ignore me .that was a deal breaker . If I didnt prepay

I had to upgrade to a suite because I got in so early. But after I paid extra which was worth it. I definitely got grest service.

Our room is very nice and hotel employee who cleans our room is very good ¿¿

Breakfast, space, swimming pool, dog and cats, service, very nice area with a pond.

the bathheater was off and needed a reset. we didnt know this.

Excellent location. Excellent view. Excellent price. Good pool. Reasonable gym. If you want to stay in Hong Kong, with a reasonable budget without compromising convenience, this is the place to stay. It's not a luxury hotel, but it really ticks the vast majority of checkboxes.

A little bit old. The hotel is showing its age. The 1st room we were given was also quite smelly. But once we notified the front desk, they promptly moved us to a better room. So it was just that 1 room.

Free upgrade, responsive front desk and cleanness. Also very quiet room with a beautiful view.

Location on the map looked good but the hotel is not walkable to anywhere as it is on the hill and isolated. There is a shuttle per hour but you need to plan. No bottle of water upon arrival and the horrible looking fridge was empty. No socket by the bedside table so I couldn’t charge my phone.

The room clean and spacious,locations and the Spa facilities are great.

The gym, pool, and fitness facilities were great, especially at that price point. Lots of machines of all types with good spacing.

The beds were a little stiff for my taste. Rooms could use some updating.

Beautiful building and architecture, but it doesn’t seem like they have done any maintenance in years, and the hotel feels dirty.

Strange damp smell in the hotel. Dirty room, where I found a hair in a mug and a very dirty fridge. Majority of the staff are abrupt and unfriendly.

Only the location was good.

The property was run down, bath room sink was poorly fixed with visible cracks and rust, room ceiling and walls were dirty. And there were bed bugs on one bed.

Location is close to Hung Hom station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great view across the Harbour. Avenue of stars is a short walk away. Staff is very friendly.

buffet breakfast was extensive. Room was well equipped, adjacent to the MRT very convenient

Breakfast was low quality. A lot of choice but actually not very much that you would actually want to eat. Low quality cereals, bread, omlettes very basic.

The room was great - we had a good view of the harbour from our window, which was awesome especially at night with all the buildings on view across the other side. The staff were all straight-forwardly great - had no issues whatsoever and they were helpful when needed. The room was pleasant to stay in, comfy bed, reasonable temperature controls, and a warm shower.

Honestly not much we didn't like - one "thing" was that the lighting in the room was just... weird... There were no 'main' lights in either the bedroom or living room part, and finding light switches was like completing a brain teaser puzzle! But other than that, it was a very reasonable stay. The bed was also slightly on the hard side from what we prefer.

The pool is epic. Views from the pool and our room, epic. Not having to pay a deposit was awesome, It was easy as to leave your bag there, and our bags were watched and kept safe.

The spa was too cold, the pool should be open later.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel, it is close to the tourist attractions, train station and also has a wonderful view of Hong Kong.

Slow stab

Check in is very slow, staff have antiquated check in procedures which takes about 15 mins per person- stayed 3 times in 3 weeks always the same- supervisor not interested

Very near the metro, and the promenade in Kowloon.

The room was small and the mattress was very firm.

I booked this hotel because it had a great pool; not knowing that the pool was going to be closed for duration of my stay! You have to pay for water for your room - I’ve not experienced that in any hotel for years. No food or drink opportunity after 10pm. But, the buffet breakfast is excellent, the staff largely very happy, it’s very clean, excellent pillows! and although there isn’t much around the area, it’s only one stop on the subway and a few minutes to Mong Kok. Good views across the harbour when the Patio bar is open.
