It is a very nice hotel and location. However, I feel the price is very steep. I was going to book the week prior and was waiting for confirmation from a friend that we were going. When I did go to book the price went up over $200 in less than a week!!!
PRIC!,, Plumbing noise was pretty loud in our room from other rooms.

the hotel is central to great choice of bars and restaurants. just off the gas lamp district. the roof pool is amazing with double loungers and private booths with TVs if you want to rent them for a fee. the concierge was really helpful and helped us with booking trips. we missed the Whale spotting season, which was a shame, but a good reason to come back.

Location and view are excellent. The staff is all very friendly. The room was clean.
The hall way seemed just a bit outdated. Can always use more outlets and USB/USB-C plugs.
