the beds! great mattress and amazing pillows! i had a suite and the giant windows overlooking the nile river where unbeatable!

too many people at the breakfast buffet, where at times you would have to wait. the "cocktail" menu was also DRY, which is very misleading...why not just call them "virgin drinks" or simply "juice"?

It was very noisy outside at night and we could hear it clearly in our room. I had been prepared for this and dealt with it for the amazing view. But other guests should be prepared for it to be very loud. Also, we did not have reliable wifi in our room.

Only location was good and the view

we experienced several issues during our 5-day stay. The magnetic key cards were problematic the entire time. We often could not open our room door or use the elevator, as it also required the key card. We had to reactivate the cards multiple times, and even after reactivation they frequently did not work properly. Sometimes we had to stand in front of the door for several minutes.Additionally, the light in the bedroom stopped working, and we had to move around in the dark. The shower door did not have a lock, and our small baby repeatedly opened the door while we were showering, which was very uncomfortable.The rooftop restaurant was open only until 11:30 PM, which felt quite early. At check-out, we called twice to request drinking water, but unfortunately it was never provided.We would like to thank Izzat from the reception team, he was polite, helpful, and provided good service.

Location is perfect. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok.

Central yet quiet. Large but small. Extremely comfy beds. Warm showers. Large breakfast selection. Helpful concierge and bag persons. Thanks Ali! Very accommodating front desk staff for early check in

Lobby is small so packed in the morning. Breakfast area seating is limited

Everything was perfect - the staff , the cleanliness and the warmth and attitude of the staff. We were given a small upgrade and the view was breathtaking. Shoutout to Aya for all her help and kindness and for throwing my mum a little birthday party- so sweet thank you you made our day

the entrance, the tight entrance with metal detector is dull and seems not welcoming..the metal door of service area at the end of 2nd floor is very ugly and not stuitable..

The location of the hotel is good, nice Nile view and very close to Qasr Al Nile Bridge, Cairo Tower and B-Cairo cafes & restaurants, breakfast was very good, staff were polite, helpful and friendly. They also have pedicure, manicure and hair cut for women's. My wife said that she enjoyed this experience and was happy with the results.

Small rooms, air conditioning not working properly, noise from the street at all times, beds and pillows were not comfortable. Pillows were really strange (square pillows)!! we stayed for 6 nights, so it was an annoying experience while trying to sleep peacefully after a long day running here and there. Not worth the price, in my opinion.

The view from the room and the rooftop restaurant where amazing, right at the Nilo river. Magnificebt views of the river and city center.Good complenentary breakfast and handy to have two restaurants inside the hotel. There is also a cafe and an icecream store in the first floor

The facilities are a bit old and have't been renewed lately

The best is the location. amazing view from the river side rooms and the restaurant on the roof. All staff are friendly. Rooms clean. Completely price performance

Not a big issue, but one of the elevators were out of service in the morning, so it caused long waitings..

SPA was off

After 3 weeks traveling through the country, it was so nice to decompress and relax here the last night of my trip. Very comfortable and quiet. Great, friendly service. Amazing breakfast buffet!

The phone in my room had an issue and needed to be fixed. It was a minor issue and was quickly remedied by staff.

The location was excellent right by the Nile with beautiful views and easy access to Cairo Tower and downtown attractions. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, especially in the evening with the amazing river view.

Nothing major, but the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit stronger in some areas of the hotel.

I got help with ordering medicine for my son from the nearest pharmacy

I liked the location and the house keeping staff specially Mr. Mustafa

I didn’t like the reception staff who ignored my request to change the room ( because the toilet didn’t work properly) telling me to come back to change in two hours then to come back in the morning to change it and whenever I came to ask they pretend to know nothing. They also ignored my request for missing slippers in the bathroom.
