Just a short walk from Cairo Tower, Novotel Cairo El Borg is in a great location in central Cairo, only 650 ft from Cairo Opera house. The rooms have views overlooking the Nile or Cairo city. All of the rooms at the Novotel El Borg are air-conditioned and include an LCD TV with a satellite and cable channels, tea/coffee facilities and a sitting area. Guest at the Novotel Cairo can relax in the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool or hot tub or work out in the gym. Massage services are available. The Novotel Cairo showcases a rooftop restaurant with spectacular views of Cairo and the Nile. The restaurant serves a range of international cuisine and has a ‘dry’ bar. - treatment was bad i will not go back there
- the beds! great mattress and amazing pillows! i had a suite and the giant windows overlooking the nile river where unbeatable!
- Location and view (if you have a Nile view room)
Cons -
- too many people at the breakfast buffet, where at times you would have to wait. the "cocktail" menu was also DRY, which is very misleading...why not just call them "virgin drinks" or simply "juice"?
- It was very noisy outside at night and we could hear it clearly in our room. I had been prepared for this and dealt with it for the amazing view. But other guests should be prepared for it to be very loud. Also, we did not have reliable wifi in our room.
