DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oak Ridge-Knoxville

It was nice to sit with our family by the pool for the evening and visit. We all came from out of town.

Easy check in, good breakfast, quiet

Location to all popular spots in the town

Room was not thourghly cleaned and things were left in the refrigerator.

Comfortable bed with clean and soft sheets, VERY HOT shower, extremely quiet. Room was clean as far as floors, furniture, bed, bathroom. Plenty of soft, clean towels. The front desk agent was welcoming and helpful.

I didn't get my warm cookie upon arrival! Front desk is dark and I think it needs some lights to make it more welcoming. Small repairs need to be made (dings on walls, clean around sink drain). Bug on the floor in the bathroom in the middle of the night!

It was very quiet and close to restaurants, etc.

This hotel is dated.? the front cement needs to be repaired.

By far the QUIETEST hotel I've ever stayed in! No doors slamming, TVs, or even people talking! Great location near restaurants and stores. Very clean, bed and pillows VERY comfortable with fresh-selling, soft sheets. Highly recommended, great price too.

Lobby desk was dark with nobody there when I arrived. (When the front desk agent did arrive he was friendly and efficient.) Clock in room didn't work even when plugged in. Fridge wasn't plugged in (but cooled down quickly when I plugged it in).

The location and staff were very good

There were crumbs in the sheets of the bed.

The staff, they were absolutely amazing and we will definitely stay here again for future visits to the area. From checking in to the bartender everyone was so friendly and accommodating!

The server at breakfast took our drink order but didn¿t return to take our food order, we wanted to order omelets, we finally just went to the buffet even though it wasn¿t what we wanted. The next time the server was near our table it was with our check

Very comftorable beds ,wonderful kind staff.

Came in room@check in 5/6/22 mini closet had crack in bottom right corner mirror.

Location and parking

That I am paying full price for a hotel but I have to ask for towels, etc. and they do not clean my room. The trash was not taken out when we got there.

We have stayed here many times, great location in Oak Ridge, Great Staff, always CLEAN, and restaurant is very convenient.

Cookie when checked in.

Mold in shower, dust layered on furniture, wall paper peeling and showing mold near baseboard, air didn¿t cool, room smelled funny, one of the sheets had a stain.

Staff was amazing.

Room should have been cleaner, we could see the dust covering the tv stand and in the bathroom. Since there is no maid service, they could have come around with clean towels and emptied the trash. Benches out front are in need of replacement

What I like best is that there was a restaurant/bar inside the hotel. Very convenient when you want a night cap without worrying about drinking and driving.

My room didnt have a microwave. It was a little discouraging but I managed but that wasnt a deal breaker

Bed was hard, needs updates, the bathroom did not have towels and washcloths on arrival but the lady at the front desk quickly corrected this issue

Great location and the breakfast from their restaurant was tasty.

The room was not clean, it had not been vacuumed in what looked to be quite some time and the refrigerator had precious guests items still in it and was filthy

Decent parking when the hotel wasn't full

Dirty, buggy. They do not clean. We had to leave our garbage and dirty linens outside our door. They left food waste in the hall for 4 days, before I begged them to take it. I'm still swollen from the bug bites.

The staff were super helpful and very friendly. It was a great location for our plans that weekend too.

Our door was the only wood door on the hallway. It looked like everything else has been updated. The fan in the bathroom did not work & the bathroom could have used a good scrub around the edges. There was also a weird stain on the ceiling over the bed.

Employees were nice and the hotel was quiet.

When we got to the room the toilet had pee o the toilet , a ring around the tub, the refrigerator didn't work and the tv didn't work. They did come to clean the bathroom and tried to repair other issues and didn't work. We requested new room.
