Price and location. Rooms are tight clean and tidy.

The front desk didn’t seem friendly or welcoming which is kind of absurd in hospitality industry. I didn’t speak to him because they have awesome self check in system with ability to set your key cards.

Comfortable bed, Great staff, excellent location. Staff were Incredibly friendly and welcoming. Self check in was incredibly efficient, and you’re able to code your own room keys, which allowed me to check in earlier that the check in time, which was really welcomed after getting off a cruise that morning. Appreciated the free water bottle refill station on my floor. Appreciated the late check out due to an airline delay too. Asked reception prior to check out time, and it wasn’t an issue at all. Late check out was an additional $50 USD for an additional 3 hours, the airline picked up the bill for that - so not a concern for me. Left my bags while I wandered the city after check out, which was great. Couldn’t fault this hotel. Just be mindful that only one of the two available lifts were working during my stay. Which can make it quite a lengthy wait to get up/down to/from your room. But I’m sure this will be resolved soon.

Just one lift working during my stay. Wasn’t really an issue, but could be for some if you’re in a rush to get somewhere.

It’s in the heart of downtown Houston and it’s a boutique hotel, all amenities, chic Nespresso machine in room, work desk, flat screen tv on wall, microwave, small refrigerator, fancy bathroom setup, honor snack bar, complimentary coffee machine in lobby, nice lobby, nice queen size bed, same price or less than economy travel motel in normal (not centrally located) location.

I found parking on the corner outside the front door just outside my window and it’s after 6pm on Saturday so free parking next day (Sunday) also. Otherwise, maybe parking but they have valet and doorman so nothing did I not like.

Very good location. Friendly welcome at the valet in front of the hotel. Clean place. Easy checkin

Frontdesk lady was reluctant and sullen in doing her job.I left my belongings in the hotel storage room when I checked out. When I went to pick them up, the attendant gentleman said, "Let's get them together," we went there and simply opened the door and told me to take them. I picked up all my 3 belongings myself. But he had brought other people's luggage all the way to the reception.

I liked the overall quality of the hotel, including the facilities and cleanliness. The room was comfortable, and everything else during my stay met my expectations. Aside from the check-in issue, the experience was pleasant and the hotel itself is very nice.

I didn’t like the way my reservation was mishandled and shortened without any notice. When I tried to resolve it, the front desk staff was rude and refused to help. The lack of professionalism and accountability made the whole experience very disappointing.

Check in was great but I was initially charged the wrong price. The hotel did correct this once notified. Secure location with staff at the locked door at all times. Breakfast was good. Public transportation near by with a lively night life. Parking convenient but fairly pricey. Used Spot Hero.

location was great-attending event at convention center and the light rail station was across the street. Room was small but comfortable and bed was great. Attached restaurant was much better than anticipated. Would have been nice to have a little more info about the hotel--like location of ice machine-did not think they had one until the second night I was there and learned there was one in the lowest level. Complimentary bottled water was nice. Great value for downtown Houston!
