- The restaurant was really good. But you had to actually eat there to get your food. We ordered room service and it never arrived so we ate at the hotel across the street.

- Rooms are super noisy. I could hear people talking in the hallway, beeping noise was happening in the hall as well, and then construction outside.
- HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ZERO customer service. Very tiny room.

Checking out. I was disappointed with the hotel. The shower was cold, trash had not been removed prior to our stay and was never collected during my stay. The room was also never cleaned. Same sheets were on the bed for three nights straight.
Housekeeping did not clean the room one time during our stay. Hotel rooms did not have a refrigerator, nor was there an ice on the floors T keep beverages or food cold.
