The friendly and very helpful bellhop, Benamar, made a huge positive impact on our experience and overall trip with recommendations. The meal options (dinner selection was excellent!), spa (the massages were worth every penny!) and pools. Free parking

Staff is amazing

The food was considerably worse than the last time we were here, as well as restaurants and pool area were under construction and closed while we were there without notification

The shows and yoga classes were awesome.

There are 4 restaurants but we were only able to eat at 3. They require guests to make reservations for 3 of the restaurants, 2 days ahead of time and when we went there, the restaurant was half empty.

the hotel amenities in our room, toilet seat cover does not stay up, tap doesn't close properly. Strong odor scent in the lobby area. Buffet variety is limited. Fine dining was very limited. Very difficult to make dinner reservations.

Visiting this hotel several times over years we observed improvements all over including rooms. food, and outside tables, chairs, and new design of the interior/exterior. After a few questions of the hotel personnel, all this improvements were excellent.

Food is really good and the resort is really clean. It is good for family on a budget.

Location is far away from center of hotel zone, the beach area at the back is small.

The hotel has a nice beach, nice pools and all inclusive bars. Rooms were clean.

I got food poisoning from the buffet, but got wrong information about onsite restaurants so we were barely able to eat there. I paid for an ocean view room but could barely see the ocean. There was construction next door that was very loud.

Hotel and oceanfront room were great. Staff was everywhere, excellent, and most spoke English. Kudos to the staff for getting my lost cell phone with credit cards and ID back to me. Like all hotels on the strip, the cheap M$12 buses were easy.

While the food was plentiful with lots of options and availability, the food quality was just so-so. The lowest hotel level always had s strong odor of cleaning products.

The beach

The service is terrible, the worst I've ever experienced at any resort anywhere, most of the employees are not friendly at all. Also, the food is so bland. The minibar only includes a few sodas & bottles of water and two beers that are never restocked.

My favorite about this particular hotel was the staff. Observing how hard they worked in such loved the healthy options at the buffet. The pool staff and entertainment staff were incredibly talented, hospitable, and engaging. I totally recommend this hote

Loved the staff they were all very kind, also the location was great.

No wifi in the rooms only in the main lobby, and even that wasn't working. Also this is definitely not 5 stars, it is 4 stars at best.

They invited you to a presentation for 2.5 hour and try to sell you for a membership

Whoever is giving this hotel more than 2 stars has very low expectations. This hotel is listed as luxury and let me tell you it is FAR from luxury. Do not book here you will waste your money. The bed is extremely HARD fyi.

It was obvious we were served left over food everyday. One night its Italian night & the next morning for breakfast we were served lasagna. This hotel needs to fix their food menu. Entire food menu. Get a new head chef. Its unacceptable.
