The Scottsdale Resort and Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton

The lady who checked me in was rude. Didn’t tell me about the property at all or the amenities. There was a wedding so the social hall and madams was closed that evening so we didn’t get to enjoy the gold, pool, speakeasy as we had hoped.

I cut my foot on a shard of glass on the floor and bled profusely!

Our double bed reservation turned out to be a king and a sofa bed.

The new phone paid parking was a real pain and, again, a change for the benefit of the property and inconvenience for the guest!!!

Staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby is beautiful and there are lots of beautiful outdoor seating areas to enjoy the pretty setting.

You get free drinks on your first night and a free water bottle to help with waste. Free parking.

It was an older feel to the hotel. Could use some updates.

Nothing - there was nothing to like! Ants everywhere in the dining area, rooms wreaked of smoke and cigarette buckets were outside each door, seemed quite unsafe and was right off the highway - so noisy and gross for the price we paid!

Fun atmosphere

Not worth the price. Rooms and decor were outdated. Food options were limited. After driving for hours you just want something quick to eat and you can¿t do that here. You have to go on an adventure or spend tons of money.

Quiet area without street noise and short distance to everything.

Adjoining rooms. Can always hear guests through the adjoining doors.

We switched rooms because the ac didn¿t work well. It didn¿t work well in the new room either and we had to ask for a fan

Cockroach,dirty hand towel in bathroom front desk offered to switch room it was too late night we opted to stay if thoroughly cleaned next day not done till after 3pm and roach legs left behind. So not thoroughly cleaned.

The outrageous loud music played from noon till 6pm Saturday and then the ridiculously loud sound/music of the outdoor movie played till after 10pm, Saturday!

Free valet was about it.

The room, pool was just average and only open til 10, no many amenities for the price of the resort. More like an average Hotel not a resort(Best Western at best).Will never go back especially for the price.

Exterior: courtyard and pool areas were gorgeous

Our ¿pool-view¿ room barely had a pool view. Arrives to a pile of dirty towels in the restroom. Hallway traffic loud and clearly heard through door. Armchair quite scuffed up. Not the 5-star experience expected.

The hotel was amazing. We loved the walk in pool as did our grandson. I wish I could afford to stay there more often. It was very expensive.

The hotel room is VERY dated. Room was warm. Shampoo/conditioner products were not great. Coffee maker did not work. Bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Mattresses should have been replaced as bed is sagging severely and I got two nights of horrible sleep!

This hotel was very conveniently located near both the airpport, old town Scottsdale and north scottsdale. The staff was extremely nice, even getting me a meal before the wait staff arrived. It was also very quiet.
