You get free drinks on your first night and a free water bottle to help with waste. Free parking.
It was an older feel to the hotel. Could use some updates.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Couldn't close bathroom door if toilet seat was down. Refrigerator was small and tough to access.

Beautiful location for walk, bike rides and close to shops and restaurants.
The service at breakfast was a little slow. we felt the young members of staff was not trained well enough. However, the food was amazing and staff very friendly and welcoming.

We were happily surprised to find the hotel beautiful, old, grand style and clean. The staff were dedicated, polite, and friendly. Spa massages were wonderful! Breakfast was very good, esp the granola, fruit and yogurt with agave! Beautiful setting and furniture. Definitely would go back if in the Scottsdale area.

Location is great! Staff is very friendly. Spa on premises.
Cockroach,dirty hand towel in bathroom front desk offered to switch room it was too late night we opted to stay if thoroughly cleaned next day not done till after 3pm and roach legs left behind. So not thoroughly cleaned.

The grounds were very nice. Rooms spacious. The restaurant and bar were fine. Liked the close proximity to golf.
Was disappointed that there was no hottub in the pool area. For such a large property, one would expect this amenity.Also disappointed that Luna Spa was closed on days Mon-Thurs. We were looking forward to this only to find out they were closed.What was the charged daily resort fee used toward?
