- I chose the hotel based on the fact that I needed to be in this area for business and doctors? appointments.
- I like the location. It was off of a main highway and not too far from a small town, so we were close to the highway, gas stations, restaurants and a grocery store. The room was large enough for our party of 5.

- Charging for parking is ridiculous.
- The entire building stank of mildew-the smell was disgustingl and overwhelming!!! GROSS-doors to utility rooms open w huge fans trying to rid the smell!!!The pool was closed-the entire time!!! I believe some sort of credit should be provided!!!
- Yes. The cleanliness was not representative of this brand, nor the price paid of $--- Our room was not cleaned on the 2nd day and we did not receive clean towels, although we had called the front desk and requested them. The bathrooms were not clean.

Nothing
Door was broken and not fixed. Key care didn't work. Staff tried coming into room at 2 separate times before check out. Felt very unsafe.
