The rooms feel very moist. I don't think the air conditioning system is the best. Everything feels wet inside

Location is perfect. Staff is always friendly, this is our third trip to Aruba and we've always stayed at the Holiday Inn. We've had friends try other hotels after staying at the Holiday INN but they've always come back to the Holiday in!

Location, ocean, beach, staff. Extreme cleanliness. Can't wait to go back. Perfect

Air conditioner in rooms & elevators not working.

There is so much trash on the beach and nobody picks it up. They need more trash bins or signs for stupid people that leave all their trash behind to PICK IT UP. Also housekeeping left our hotel.room.door open TWICE while we were out

Loved the location. Loved the house cleaning staff. They were the BEST!

I did not like the front desk staff. Very rude. They acted like they were being put out when we needed a question to be answered regarding the hotel and its services.

The location is great as it is right on the beach.

My room was right next to Moomba?s Beach Bar which is a fun, lively spot. However, my room was vibrating from the music until 1-2am each night. I called the front desk the first night to see about getting my room changed and they never followed up.

Food was less than mediocre. No taste, portion size was very small, especially compared to local restaurants.

Cleanliness and didn?t even find a bottle of water in the fridge. I have found complimentary water in cheaper hotels

The hotel is in poor shape. Our hall smelled musty. Our sliding door was broken and we couldn?t open to get on balcony.

Location was amazing! The price was fair.

The air condition was only one setting and that was freezing. You would have to turn on and off to regulate room temperature.

Hotel is located on a large property / beach ! It?s also located to do many restaurants and shops ! Great location !

Out dated but understand why ! Their lease is up in 5 yesrs so understand why they may not want to invest .

Fire alarm went off in the wee hours and after evacuation it was found to be a false alarm. Unfortunately it took almost an hour after this declaration to turn off the actual alarm. The fire department was chasing around the management and vice versa

Hard to find shade , Very uncomfortable lounge chairs (too low ) too low toilet as well very tired hotel , carpet in room was very warn

The hotel room was above a very busy parking lot that had loud trucks beginning at 7am EVERY MORNING.

The staff, location and cleanliness. Also it's a green environment!!!
