I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was top notch and the hotel is very nice. My only complaint was with a downstairs unit you can hear all steps above you it was disturbing at times but the hotel staff were very accommodating and they allowed us to switch rooms so thankful for that and the remainder of our stay was excellent.
The noise from the upstairs unit and the lights died out in our unit while we were there.

The place was very nice and clean. We had a major problem with the hot water heater flooding the condo. The staff was very helpful and quickly moved us to another condo. Overall, it was a very nice stay. Would definitely stay again.
The only thing was the inconvenience of the hit water heater.

Rooms were roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms were also roomy. Nice suite with homey feel. Close proximitybto shops and restaurants.
Difficult to locate unit due toblack of signage.

Comfortable bed,everything very clean,great staff
We had a small issue in the restaurant, it was handled professionally and we were very appreciative how it was handled, highly recommend this resort and restaurant!

Location is excellent. The grounds are huge amd well kept. The complex is enormous, lots of activities. We had one bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, three TVs. Very quiet and comfortable.
Some people do not respect the assigned parking space. Not much the resort can do.

Great location, very spacious room, very quiet. We were on the 1st floor and thankfully no one was above us.
The carpets in our room were filthy. Suggest spend money or carpet cleaning.

Pool and condo were nice and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Shower needed better cleaning and the shower curtain was too long so it was laying in the tub which is gross.

Outdoor pool
My husband was stung by bee from wasp nest on the patio.Carpet smells terrible.Dishwasher didn’t work.Infestation of wasp nest on patio. Phones didn’t work.House keeping didn’t come.
