Beautiful, immaculate, sanctuary.

Nice location, really gentle staff at the reception, big spacious room

I would recommend some renovation. In our room we had ants in the bathroom coming out from the wall (third floor) …. We arrived at 5 pm for check-in, the wellness area closed at 5:30 pm so we could not use it and it opens only at 11 am, which is late if you are busy during the day for work, I would suggest to open it longer … difficult to find parking

A little run down, the entrance… cobwebs upon arrival??. They need to get a maintenance cleaning company to give a new and fresh feel to the facade. Inside is great though!!

We visited during the off-season.The hotel is quite old, and the spa is only open in the morning and afternoon, so we couldn’t use it in the evening.The shower was very uncomfortable, with poor drainage.

The hotel is lovely and the spa is huge! The hotel decor is great and its very comfortable. The balcony with sea views is wonderful. I would stay here again.

It was out of season so the restaurant was shut in the evening but it didn't bother us as there are great restaurants nearby. They did offer room service but the menu was very limited.

Breakfast was good. Location is nice for vacation.Spa access is a plus

Really quiet and pleasant hotel on the coast at la Grande Motte with a terrific breakfast. In places the decor is a little dated, but that is also part of its charm. The hotel is best appreciated if you are an admirer of 1960s experiments in concrete building design. For English visitors, think Milton Keynes on sea. It is very unique in that aspect. Friendly staff, car park quite busy.

It was a pity the accessible room for disabled guests was one of the few rooms in the hotel without a sea view.

Helene! She checked us in and was delightful every time we saw her. She was definitely a “10”. She speaks good English and works hard to make your stay good. And the location is excellent. It is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and beachside walkway.

The facility is in need of maintenance and updates. They are not set up for non French speaking guests. If it wasn’t for Helene & Google translate our stay would have been dismal.

Hospitality at reception was above par

Facilities a little run down. Needs updating. Spa receptionist was rude to my partner after he asked for assistance to use the jacuzzi jets as there were no instructions. He asked in French and did not get any assistance probably because she was the only one available to help? We aren’t sure why she did not help at all. Breakfast is not worth €19. Below standards esp after offering continental.

The spa services were extensive and excellent. Loved the staff and all the services I received.

The restaurants are in a beautiful setting, but the food is rather mediocre. I had 2 meals in each restaurant and was not that impressed by the selection or the preparation. I do recommend the Sunday brunch, however.

We loved the huge and gorgeous pool and its warm blue water. The stairs going into the pool water where one can hang out to relax and get some sunshine are so confortable. The hotel keeps a fab vegetation, amazing southern trees and flowers, lovely to look at from the bedroom balcony

One waiter at the salad restaurant upstairs was totally unfriendly with no manners and a waitress at the restaurant was not agreable at all and seems in a bad mood constantly.

The Hotel is located directly at the beach. Rooms were clean.Breakfast was tasty, great variety of fruits and vegetables.The Personal was very friendly and helpful.Dog-friendly.Great Pool and Spa.Parking available.

The room are pretty small and some they need renovations. The air conditioner was not really working in one of our rooms.

Great location and good facilities - the outside pool was huge! Breakfast was great had a good choice and the food in the restaurant lovely albeit a bit pricy! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not many staff spoke English and there were no English translations anywhere. Luckily I speak a little French and we had to use Google translate to understand information. The spa brochure was only in French so we struggled to choose things- again Google translate came to our rescue! We booked a twin room and had it confirmed in writing in February only to turn up to a double room. My daughter and I had to share the bed! We were offered a twin room on the second night but the view was not as good and we had already unpacked so chose to stay where we were.

Basic room with hard pillows and a very worn mattress. Noisy rooms, you can hear two doors down peeing!

There was so much noise from neighboring room on night 1. Staff were unable to changemy room and it was the same on night 2 so no resolution of the problem. Presence of lots of dust in my room leading to a dust allergy. outdoor pool not heated. Staff in thalasso not very friendly. Bed and bath linen poor quality. Check out process very slow.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positive aspects, there were also some concerns that I wanted to share. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The restaurant was also quite good, with a varied menu and excellent service.

I had some significant issues with the wifi. It was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done or even browse the web. This was especially frustrating since I was staying at the hotel for business purposes. Additionally, the gym opening times were not conducive to business travelers. I found that the gym was only open during certain hours, which didn't work for my schedule.I was also concerned about the hotel's security protocols. It was troubling that no identification was required when a room key was being replaced. This seemed like a significant oversight and left me feeling uneasy about the overall security of the hotel.
