The views and location of The Europe Hotel were phenomenal! The staff was also great professional, helpful and efficient.

I was extremeley disappointed that our room was extremely hot, had no air conditioning, and a fan that did not work. Not what I expected from a 5-star hotel. We booked last minute but still paid almost $---... not worth not sleeping.

The view over the lake was absolutely magnificent. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was excellent and a real highlight of the stay. We were kindly upgraded to a Golf-side Signature Suite, which added an extra special touch to an already wonderful stay.

The only disappointment was not being able to stay longer due to budget constraints.

Breakfast was wonderful. Many choices and well prepared. The room was a bit warm and stuffy. No air conditioning. The view was not very good. The spa and outside pools and hot tubs were the hi-light of the hotel.

A Truly Exceptional Stay – One in a Million!I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and of the highest standard. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly and professional staff who took care of my bags and car effortlessly. Their hospitality was truly outstanding.The room was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, stylishly designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was carefully thought out, making my stay both relaxing and luxurious. The level of service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience.This hotel is truly one in a million, setting the bar high in every aspect. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay!

The breakfast was excellent good choice of food on the menu and self service was also excellent .The staff were very friendly and helpful.The location of hotel was lovely .Lovely scenery and walks .

The Europe is the Best Hotel in all of Ireland. It is like no other. The pool, the sauna, the spa, golf. You could go on and on.The view from the restaurant is spectacular.

There is no A/C so the room can feel closed in. Later I saw a fan in the closet that would of helped.

I didn’t like the room for the money at nearly €500 it was a basic room like any other hotel, no smart TV to watch movies or anything like that, the volume wasn’t working on the TV when we got back to the room and had to have someone come up at midnight to fix it, the minibar prices were extortionate and I understand charging for alcohol that’s fair enough but charging for snacks after what the room cost I think is a bit much, they could do with upgrading the rooms somewhat. I would not be recommending for the price

I loved the view from the bf room, the room was lovely and the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel was great. Staff was friendly and had the right level of banter

When we needed a GP, the reception wasn't very helpful or showed any sign of concern for the person's wellbeing. A small thing regarding the staff in the brasserie, lovely people. But there are some small things that were missed and with a bit of mentoring can it be fixed.I shared a twin room, the space between the beds was nothing. When I turned towards the middle of the bed I would be face to face with the person in the other bed

Stunning room. As we would just gotten married we were upgraded & greeted with a chilled bottle of champagne! Staff were wonderful & the spa was divine. The weather was the icing on the cake!

We were suppose to get a room with a golf view and we couldn’t see any golf course at all as all the trees were over grown and when we could have a lake view we were disappointed.
