the location was fine

we went to check in and they did not acknowledge that we even had a reservation so we had to pay with our credit card

As per comment from the guest who stayed.- Need some walk from the nearest subway.- Too many notifications / email requests to use advance check in via online. If you inform me once, I will decide to use it or not. Thanks for not chasing.

The breakfast room was small. for the price they asked, we opted to eat at "Weber", just around the corner, which offered fresh breakfast at a fraction of the price. car park was available for free. The excellent location allowed us to explore much of the city with ease on foot.

I did not like the size and decoration of the room. everything was very basic with absolutely no amenities. the shower was super small.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in a one person guest room, it was spacious for me, and there is an extra Cabinet bed at my room. The breakfast offers variety of options. It was located near the center of the Town, 7-10Minutes walk from the Main Train Station. There are restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable overall. There is available Vending machine near the entrance, very convenient.

It was a little bit pricey, but its one of the most affordable one I could find in the Town. Unfortunately their Restaurant is no longer available (lunch and dinner), so its best to make reservations somewhere else.

A really nice hotel in the historical center of Bad Mergentheim. Very quiet area. Very friendly staff and very clean room.I will stay there again !!!

Historical building, completely renewed. The elevator looks classical from outside but it is new technics.The breakfast was phantastic. We got fresh handmade coffee.

The room wasn’t comfortable.

Parking space for the car was safe. The Oldtown was reachable within two minutes on feet. Many places to eat around. Room was clean and warm. The coffe was good. All in the place is great.

Maybe the scrambled eggs could have been cooked a little bit more. But in together breakfast was good.

Great location, nice breakfast and a secure place to store our bicycles.

The reception and check-in was very efficient. The receptionist directed us to their secure bike storage and then gave us plenty of information about the hotel and upcoming local events. The rooms were modern and well appointed, although a bit small. In the present heatwave, it remained reasonably cool and there was adequate window ventilation, but no fan. The breakfast was delightful, with a complete range of foods across the extensive buffet. The breakfast staff were professional and efficient. The location was close to the restaurants in the central area of Bad Mergenthiem.

No real complaints about this modern and well run establishment. We enjoyed our stay.
