- The staff was outstandingly nice people, especially to a non-Spanish speaker. In particular, Roberto in the Main lobby was extremely helpful. Always a smile on his face and always willing to help. He definately added to feeling of being welcome.

- App post kids under 17 stay free hotel charges for extra guest says only 3 and my search was for 3 adults 1 kid when I booked no one can help I¿m disappointed

Yes, a simple suggestion would be to have a map or list of local restaurants that the hotel would suggest. As a stranger to the area it is hard to figure out safe places to eat.
