The staff was outstandingly nice people, especially to a non-Spanish speaker. In particular, Roberto in the Main lobby was extremely helpful. Always a smile on his face and always willing to help. He definately added to feeling of being welcome.

Yes, a simple suggestion would be to have a map or list of local restaurants that the hotel would suggest. As a stranger to the area it is hard to figure out safe places to eat.

App post kids under 17 stay free hotel charges for extra guest says only 3 and my search was for 3 adults 1 kid when I booked no one can help I¿m disappointed

Many things Staff doesnt care about providing service, casual attitude, does not help. Food is below standards I even lost a brand new shirt from my room

Best Holiday Inn breakfast I've ever had. Huge buffet with too many choices.The bellhop was a great friendly and super helpful.

just one guy at the front desk at check -in would not end his phone call but the women next to him was more than happy to help me get checked in , she was very helpful & professional I found were to stay when in Guadalajara, hands down .

Accesible and Clean

We had two rooms, each room had breakfast included for two adults and two children each room (Breakfast for 4 adults and 4 children). My Sons are 18, 16, 14 and 7 plus my wife and I. So they wanted to charge me an extra adult for may 14 year old son. At the end we talked to the manager and he was more comprehensive of the situation.

Beds, on general the room was dirty, I don’t know if they give me the worst room, the bed clothes was dirty I have to ask for clean sheets, carpet dirty furniture dirty on top of the they offer free transportation from the airport, not

bathroom stinks of sewage every time you flush. 4 people (2 adults and 2 minors) on the reservation. only one towel in bathroom. asked twice for more towels. never arrived. reception staff extremely poor. thought reservation was for 2 people only and then angry when they discovered they were wrong. hotel from hell. avoid at all costs!

Nothing really

Staff could not find my reservation til some one intervened, I guess it was a manager. Parking space gets charged. Ugly parking space. Honestly there was not a an thing a like about this creepy hotel. Never will stay on this location.

Second day and no coffee packs were left, third day and Starbucks wasn’t open in the morning, and no one would give me a coffee.
