SCAM SCAM SCAM ! this place is dirty & nasty ! Also keeps your money for no reason! Hotel works walk around digging in their nose no tissue or anything just NASTYYYYY !

roaches , takes your money , lies & say you eat stuff off the bar & you didn?t !

I didn't like anything about this place my shower cold ....and I saw 2 big roaches in my room

This hotel lied to with hold the $100 incidental fee they said I drank the alcohol on the bar I live a sober life and never drank in my life

Cleanliness and ideal location.

They claim there's a fitness center and when asked about it, the reply was maintenance is working on some equipment. If my memory serves me correctly, this was the same answer a few years ago. Don't think there's a fitness center.

The time it took to check-in. Had to wait after check-in time. First receptionist disappeared after we'd been waiting for some time. Luckily another staff member informed the next receptionist and she worked tirelessly to resolve our reservation issue.

The hotel has roaches and water bugs the front desk staff was horrible taking pictures and vary rude Daniel

Staff was cool and understanding when my friend needed entry to our room w/o a key.

The windows are very old and could not even be locked. The walls and windows were so thin you could hear everything from in the hotel and outside the hotel. The hotel was VERY dirty and the room was very worn down. The coffee pods in-room were 2$ each!

I was very surprised. This did not meet my expectations of the pictures or of a 4 star hotel. The pool was so old and so tiny.

The bathroom has a slatted door and no exhaust fan

The room was horrible, the windows had graffiti on them and one window was cracked and the view was of a dirty alley with a mattress against the wall, the shower was so disgusting there was no way we were going to use it..etc

2 blocks to beach

Bad neighborhood and crazy traffic!! Cost $80. To park in garage as no parking at hotel

Elevator broke had to carry everything up steps and I'm 74. Very difficult. Parking too far away and expensive

The hotel was clean and has a friendly staff.

My husband and I are from San Antonio and we wanted a room with a view. Instead we got a room that was on the 2nd floor all the way down the hall outside the door down another hall take a left down that long hall a right and wa' la our room.

Room smelled wet. The shower wasn't clean. Furniture pieces had stains everywhere.

Pool to small elevator make to much noise no parking not enough towels and soap ect

They allowed me to check in at 9 am when I was not due to check in until 3pm. The hostess was very nice and professional

The furniture was not the most up to date but it wasn't dirty or raggedy. It was sturdy and bed was comfortable.

the location is near to the beach

There were insects inside the rooms, no free coffee inside the room, no free water, everything is charged,

Within5 block of the beach.

They charge a $25 fee for very light smudges on the sheet. That is unheard of because clean sheets should be included in the room rate.

Staff were excellent The room was clean the pool was dirty had floaters and open to the public rest and partiers - it WAAS GROSS

Poor service, extremely expensive for the value and service given, no iron, cleaning service didn¿t show up until 4pm each day. Mattress was worn. Hard to reach the front desk by phone.
