    Pros +

    • Perfect location away from the busy town. Helpful staff. Great restaurant.
    • The view out of our window was beautiful. The staff in the spa were lovely and helpful!
    • Rooms, restaurant options, view and staff!

    Cons -

    • No fan. Room needed air circulation. Shower wall had mold stained grout and tub had dark stains. Heavy bleach fumes near the elevator. Tiny elevator for people with luggage.
    • I wish they had provided some type of shuttle service within the rest of town for guests with mobility problems. The town is quite a walk and very hilly. That combination forced me to forgo spending more time in town.
    • It was expensive for the facility. Although it was a great location the rooms were drab, the hot tub was cool and the staff seemed stressed.

    Breakfast was good. Nice location.

    Room need to be upgraded

    10TimothyPosted on: 1-19-2026

Great view from the hotel, quick and easy access to the town, friendly staff, good eating options with breakfast included in the price of the room and comfortable, nice sunny rooms.

    No thoughts here.

It was very clean. And close to town. The staff was very helpful.

We had a beautiful room with a balcony view. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was okay. The hotel is close enough to town that you can walk to it. The view from the hotel was very nice and the rooms were quiet.

There isn't really anything I can say that we didn't like except maybe the breakfast was a little underwhelming as was the breakfast staff but we would still recommend it

Location was great. Walked into city for restaurants and shopping.

    10CatherinePosted on: 10-28-2025

Staff very friendly , very receptive to children making them feel extra special. Excellent breakfast

    8JustinPosted on: 10-27-2025

The bar was fab and Frank the singer was good. The area by the fire was relaxing and quiet and perfect.

The pool needs to be upgraded with the rooms. The lady as reception was a bit sharp this morning, we only looked for a news paper! But the lady at the reception when we checked I was polite and courteous!

    10RobertPosted on: 10-27-2025

Excellent service, quiet clean rooms, and above average dining.

    10MossPosted on: 10-12-2025

The breakfast was delicious great value for what we paid. The staff was really nice as well and gave us a complimentary basket of goodies for our honeymoon.

    Nothing. Everything was great!

The room was beautifully furnished and looking right out to the water!Lovely bath and linens - comfy bed. Many services we did not have time to sample. My daughter enjoyed the pool where you can actually swim laps!Fantastic art all over the hotel. Great breakfast included.

The only regret was not having more time to enjoy the spa and outdoor hot tub!Wished I’d booked more than one night!

    6leighaPosted on: 9-9-2025

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was very accessible to the town

In its prime, I do think this would’ve been a great four-star hotel, however it’s very dated and the price doesn’t reflect the value.

    9ToddPosted on: 8-28-2025

We stayed in the new rooms with very nice accommodations. The Staff was wonderful. Hotel and surrounding were very clean and you have a great view of Dingle Harbour.

We could not find the switch to turn on the towel radiator for drying clothes. The daily cost of the very high for the room, but it was in the high season.

A nice hotel in a great location.

No air conditioning in our room was tough since it was warm

    9MarkPosted on: 8-17-2025

Facilities were very nice, staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. Great spot with a wonderful view.

I believe on booking.com it stated that one of the rooms would have a/c, but neither did. The hotel does have a fan in the room to help with the warmth.
