Hotel Bliss

Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. A special highlight was the underfloor heating, which created such a warm and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The hotel is 3 stars and the it about 20 min from center in taxi. For me it was excellent

Staff is polite and kind.

The room I got was not at all the one I could see in the pictures that Booking.com sent me after I paid! Furniture is old, bed not comfortable, strange smell overall.

A quiet, charming hotel

Nice staff, decent facilities

Near National Arena, quite , clean , good value for money. The shower was a bit old and wobbly but overall is a good place The pizza pub near by is pretty nice and fabulous, prices are amazing

Very nice for the small price. Good location near National Arena.Comfortable bedsIt has AC and a working fridge.

There are small cockroaches and ants in the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi connections keep disconnecting.

The location was very convenient for me and the price they charged was not very high.

I found a bed bug on the ceiling. When I showed it to the manager he told be they had the whole hotel in a 2-week lockdown whilst they fumigated it - it was more likely that they were fighting bed bugs and the fumigation was not 100% effective. They were apologetic and they offer to pay me back immediately. I had to leave after this episode, causing me stress and financial loss due to last minute booking of alternative accommodation. Also, the matress was rock-hard, the shower cabin was mouldy and the furniture was dated.

Very clean, all the staff was super nice and the room is very comfortable.

Nothing, everything was great

Clean, cozy, room rather big. And amazing staff:).

Dangerous rapids

Quiet area, close to public transport. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Great location and very helpful staff

The bathrooms were outdated falling to bits, and the carpet was rather filthy!

TV

Bathroom -Shower,Chairs Sink

The room was very quiet, comfortable. Price/quality ratio is high. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wish that there was bottled water in the rooms.

The room was so spacious and clean. The bath was a jacuzzi. Location was super 10 min walk from the big park. Beds and room temperature were great. Rooms accessable with elevator

One of the receptionists didn't speak much English. Flushing was broken and breakfast was ok but not with alot of variety.

Personal knew English, gave us normal room in the middle of the night.

Staff

Old furniture, torn and dirty bed linen and towels, disgusting smell in the room and linen, noisy street, impossible to sleep

Friendly staff, quiet location, clean.

Old furniture. The room needs a refresh.

Accessibility, atmosphere, air-conditioning and the space itself were very good.

Shower had mold, the refrigerator was not working, and the towels smelled too much of chlorine.

Location was good.

Poor breakfast. The bathroom could use renovation. There is no parking.

Excellent location, super quiet area, impeccable cleanliness...spacious rooms. The staff at the reception are very pleasant!

I wouldn't have had anything negative to comment on.. but the cleaning staff they made badly noise on Sunday at 7 in the morning.. unacceptable!

Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Street lights around hotel. Reception lights weren't bright enough. It was half dark.
