The room and the hotel facilities are ok. Nice view from the balcony.

Most people come here to visit the water park, I assume. So did we. However, be prepared for the fact that it can be very crowded. The water park entrance price is in a lower price category than the hotel itself, so the place can become overcrowded, which significantly lowers the price–quality ratio and the overall experience of the stay.

For a resort/spa, the toiletries in the bathroom were limited to a bottle of body wash! No lotion, shampoo etc. The pools didn’t have towels for guests, so you have to bring your room towel and then reuse your entire stay. At least provide an extra pool towel in the room. I would recommend a concierge, since the front desk staff couldn’t explain even how to get down to the beach, telling us to go around the hotel and through the side parking lot, when we later discovered on our own there is a gate opened by your room card, directly behind the hotel!

The place was great to spend a few nights with the kids: the water park was an obvious hit as well as the beach. would also recommend the „Purpur“ restaurant as the kids loved the food.

Rude staff. We were shocked when we were yelled at in a foreign language for accidentally sitting in the wrong table outside (which wasn't labeled). The staff was also unhelpful.

Breakfast was not very good, there was a lot of different options but the quality of the food was low.The balconies are over the waterpark that is noisy.

There were problems with sewerage, two from 3 numbers had smell.

It was really anazing place for visiting with family. We’ve stayed here before, and each time we leave satisfied: with the breakfast, the water park, and the hotel overall. Highly recommended this hotel!

The staff was friendly. There were a lot of different services like restaurants in the hotel. We went once to the restaurant at the hotel and the staff was very accommodating to our kids. There is also a playarea on the same floor as the restaurant/breakfast area. The gym was well equipped. Spa itself was okay, nothing special, but the kids enjoyed it. The sauna section was nice and there were fewer kids there

Breakfast only started at 8:00 which is a bit late for some families like us. Would have been nice to have it start 7:00 or at least 7:30. Breakfast quality was pretty average. Water pressure in the rooms was quite low. There was no possibility to open windows for ventilation, only the balcony door, but we wanted to keep it shut because we had two small kids with us

Food, room and spacious bathroom, big car parking lot. Pools and SPA zone is great.

Nice place near sea to have vacations with kids: spa and swimming pool when weather is not good and you can walk around, if weather is good. There is kids playground 10 min walk from the hotel.

Too much people on weekend in aqua park, no place in swimming pool and spa, long queues for the water park slides.

Inthe aquapark, mountain river did not work. I booked stay very early, but finaly not everything was working. Was disopponted. I paid not so little money

Breakfast was excellent;Saunas was perfect;Beds were big and comfortable.

AC was not working in the room and hot water preasure in the shower was low.

Staff not care too much about go extra mile to help and make sure guests are satisfied.Or maybe its hotels politika not upgrade rooms, birthday congratulations, make guest feel special. Something to think about .
