The TV was unplugged. It was a wall mount, so it was a little difficult to plug in.

Bed was comfortable.I found something to eat at breakfast.

The reception employee that checked me in was profoundly rude, impatient, and gave off a general vibe of having zero interest in doing his job.The hotel charges a 25 € fee to allow you to plug an electric vehicle to the chargers they have on property. Regardless of how much charge you actually need. When I asked why is it like that, the employee's response was 'What do I care, I do what the boss says. Do you want to charge or not?!'Then he gave me trouble for asking a separate reciept for that.

While the beds were comfy and the breakfast was adequate, we were quite disappointed with our stay overall. It was mostly little things, but put together it made it a bit disappointing. Staff was friendly enough but seemed inexperienced and unaware of what to do in the area.

First off all the wellness - as it was presented to us as a wellness hotel, we were suprised to find out this was just a sauna and a steamroom hidden away in the corner of the hotel. And while 4hours use of all wellness facilities was included, the opening times of these did not cover 4hours and it was recommended to only use for 15min.The room in itself could do with a revamp, but worst of all was the bathroom. The shower doors didn't function properly, resulting in a wet floor outside. And the water didn't run down the drain so in no time you are standing in a large puddle of water. I had to turn the shower down for it not to overflow. The sink has chips missing and the vanity mirror is just hanging sideways and won't stay in place.The beds were clean, but the room had a dusty and dirty feel. We had one coffee cup still showing signs of old coffee (were they just rinsed?) and there was a lot of dust behind the bedside cabinets (exactly where you need to plug in your chargers) as well as stains on the carpet

The location was perfect as it was walking distance to an event I attended. A bus stop across the road to go to Maastricht or Aachen.

Breakfast was not included or against a high price.

Stuffs are pretty helpful.

There is no shower gel. The office machine is not cleaned up and there is an empty package of coffee milk cream in the basket.

Communication was excellent. Hotel was stunning. Rooms were large and comfortable. It had everything we needed and we hope to stay again in the future.

Hotel is comfortable and gave a good breakfast.

There was hardly any water in the shower and wash basin, just a trickle, soit was not possible to take a proper shower.Other guests also complained.

Avoid the second floor.

We stayed in room 211. It is exposed due East and was extremely hot when we checked in. We opened the windows and that went ok. But during the night the windows are open on a roof. This roof is lit a giorno the whole night through and is home to some ventilation units. In the end we could sleep very little. Really a terrible location.

Very old room, with many broken things - broken curtain, broken curtain rail, signs of ongoing repair in the bathroom, not very clean (bathroom, bed)

Fantastic location! Really quiet and in a beautiful region. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

We had a room on the second floor and it was noisy - we could hear our neighbours very good. Cleaning was in general OK, we only discovered some dust on the floorlamp.

Very nice and big apartmentGood beds

Not enough cutlery. We missed some bowls for yoghurt. We missed scissors. We missed also a small cleaning set.

Room 113 is kind of small, but all in all good
