Location was very convenient and the area was great
Wish the coffee would have been left out a bit longer. The walls were thin but to be expected with an older building the kids in the next room were extremely loud and very disturbing. But literally the only thing we had an issue with other than that it was amazing

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was a really good size and was cleaned everyday with fresh towels.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was modern considering how old it is, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great location, right next to Fenway Park and a subway station. They did offer free coffee/tea in the morning, but no breakfast options whatsoever. Fortunately, there was a Dunkin' Donuts and a 7-Eleven right next door. Impossible to find parking nearby, which makes it so you have to go for the ridiculously expensive Valet Parking if you have a car.
The receptionists were not only rude, but also definitely incompetent. Especially the nighttime woman. Not a smile, not even a word about the hotel facilities (or lack thereof), and we were double-charged for the Valet Parking, which was a pain to solve. But the most bizarre thing was the fact that the hotel was constantly shaking, as if there was a permanent small earthquake. It was definitely an odd experience. Add that to the fact that the air conditioning made the weirdest noises, which made us somewhat uncomfortable.Last but not least, there was no coffee machine or kettle in the room. For a 5-star hotel, I feel that those are mandatory amenities.

The perfect hotel if you are looking to stay around the Fenway area, especially for those going to Red Sox games or concerts at the MGM. The room was very spacious and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows and a nice bathroom. Would stay again!
You had to pay to use the hotel's internet, which is not cool.

Good property. Rooms are spacious.
No breakfast option at hotel, and coffee service lacking in hours of operation, quality, and execution.

Good location, very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. The coffee station had great coffee in the mornings (which is in the lobby ) if you’re a Red Sox fan, this is the place to stay
No coffee facilities in the room, some noise from freeway/highway at back of the hotel, very expensive

Spacious rooms, but not quiet when located to the back side (highway view)
They were not able/willing to issue the receipt and refered to Booking.com to send it
