- I came down to the lobby at 5:15, and 25 to 30 people were already there, more coming every minute. I thought, oh oh, I'm not getting to my flight on time. Quite the opposite. You activated multiple vans.
Cons -
- The shuttle bus took off on us while we were trying to get on the bus. We ended up having to wait an hour after confirming they were coming to get us and it was 0 degrees outside. Just expected the shuttle to at least wait one minute for us to grab our bags

- Wasn't told I had to pay for parking for the one night stay. Parking should be included with room

Phone didn't work in 239. Bathroom tiles close to the wall could have been cleaner.
