Initially went to casitas, it is behind the golf course, away from the main hotel, feels like a Super 8 but fancy. Then switch to the real hotel and it was excellent. staff very friendly

Spacious modern room; comfortable bed;quiet soundproofing; Clean/spotlessBeautiful view/ golf course and lake.Had everything we needed for summer staycation;Water park/pools great; loved Scottish piper and whiskey bar indeed that was why we picked this hotel out; lovely dinner; enjoyed live music in lounge. All in all, terrific stay. We’ll be back!

Grounds and amenities were great and in keeping with the brand. Great location
Our room was not world class; there was a massive stain on a chair which made it unusable and we covered it with a towel. Very gross amd disappointing givem the price point. Shocked to have a room in that condition at a JW property.

The location is excellent. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I loved the back courtyard with tables, chairs and drink service.
Not worth the $800 a night “all-in” fee. They service rooms twice a week. Food outlets were below average. And please, for $800 a night, upgrade your toilet paper.

The location was wonderful
The fact we found a roach in our room and they double charged us and it said we had a view of the pool but all we seen was a large tree.
