Food could be better

The breakfast was the best part of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety and freshness of the buffet, not to mention the quality of the staff's service throughout.

Overall, we have no complaints about the hotel, but we didn't like that access to the private beach came at an additional cost.

The hotel was nice and great locación close to the airport and génesis was very nice great breakfast

The staff were helpful. Roldan was so good and Kind. Food was good. Room was comfy.

I paid my last dinner in cash with 150 usd , the bill was 145 usd , and still I am waiting to get my balance deposit via pago movil in my Mercantil account and after one week I have not received back the balance of 5 usd. I left all details in the reception to Ms Korina Ramos.

Everything was perfect! The staff was exceptionally kind, the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, and everything functioned flawlessly. While the restaurant is on the pricier side, every dish we tried was absolutely delicious and worth it. Highly recommended.

Not so much a dislike, but it would be great if the option to visit the nearby club could also be extended to weekends for added convenience.

Comfortable, really convenient as it is very close to the airport. Excellent breakfast, lunch. Lovely swimming pool, amazing view.

There was a trouble with the payment, but everything was rapidly sorted out.

Breakfast was okay nothing exceptional. We selected the location because it was close to the airport.

Hassel with payment for the rooms, all food and drinks has to be paid directly can not be charged to the room. The food from the restaurant was below expectations. Everything looks old, carpet in the hallway with huge stains. showerhead fixed with cellotape.

The room doesn’t. Represent the cost. Only 1 restaurant with short menu and very very expensive

Pool was not opened and access to the yacht club was limited and with additional transportation cost.

Great location, close to the airport and easy booking

For the price paid, it was not as expected. The water from the pool could have been cleaner, and at times at the pool area there were turkey vultures/black vultures (zamuros) drinking water from the pool which I found very disturbing and unsanitary. No one seemed to care even though I mentioned that to the staff. The hotel could invest in better quality of toiletries and add coffee machines and minibars with basics in the rooms. Also, smart tvs or fire sticks to have nextflix, prime, etc. Again, for the price paid I was expecting these basics

Hotel services not matching Marriott quality. After paying in cash, I waited 32 minutes for a refund...Drink quality? For example, Aperol Spritz is served without Prosecco...At least the menu could be in English. When no one can! from the staff.And I could go on like this...A huge disappointment and for me the Marriott brand has gone down a lot...Unfortunately..P.S.- And above all, the overpayment was promised to be returned to my account. So far it hasn't happened :(

We were charged double by the hotel, the hotel charged on the creditcard and in cash. When chekinging in the hotel explained the creditcard didnt work and requested cash. Our crditcard was charged anyways.

Worst Staff. Manager was even worseCash Grab at every pointWas told to go and have breakfast as arrived early but then was charged $30 each person for it even though breakfast was included in my stay i simply asked them to swap the day for breakfast

This hotel should not have the Marriot brand on it, The staff are horrible, the Manager is better suited to work as a Prison Warden she had no clue on hotelsThe staff continuously run after guests waving bills in their faces for overpriced Teas/coffees

Pool and Ceviche bar staff were great. Bed and room were comfortable

Hotel did not accept my credit card payment because of reservation made on booking.com. only took cash at that point. that was disappointing.

The view and the music in the pool. The room was fantastic too.

The attention. Was very basic for the high standards that have Marriott Hotels.

It was perfectly fine. Nothing extraordinary but good if you want something nice and comfortable close to the airport.

The price was quite high.
