The room itself was good & clean.
The day prior, there was a water maintenance, therefore the shower & sink water of the room were black. I called the front desk & they told me to run the water myself for a few minutes. I also didn’t see female workers, as a woman myself, I felt a little uncomfortable with no female workers.

Location was excellent. Downtown Portland with Transit Stations and buses on every surrounding block. Walking distance to restaurants, Midtown Food court on the next block has about 20 food trucks. Pioneer Place Mall is walking distance. Rooms were ivery spacious and clean Bed was comfortable. Staff was very professional and helpful and courteous

The rooms are big, and they are very clean.
The valet parking division is in a completely mess! 1. (At 10:40 PM) A woman valet told me that I need to send my ticket number to some phone number to get my car, I did so next morning and wait for 20 minutes but still don't see my car. I asked a guy valet and he told me that number stopped working at 11:00 PM last night. It was ridiculous and wasted me a lot of time.2. I only used valet parking for 1 night, but the hotel charged me the fee for every night I stayed there.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Parking. For a hotel in the city you'd expect parking to be a little more accommodating. The price for parking was outrageous.

Great hotel, centrally located, easy access to downtown sights.
There is definitely more of a presence of homeless in this section of the City these days. Safety and security are consideration.
