- The rooms were amazing. Just gorgeous.
- Clean, prompt service, butler, comfortable bed.
Cons -
- The food and beverage prices. I am already paying over $--- a night to stay here. I can completely understand high food prices. But the prices at the St. Regis were absurd. $34 for a hamburger? $4 for an iced tea or water?! Just smacks of greed.
- We were promised several times by the front rest they were going to move us to a higher floor. It never happened. They never communicated with us even they saw us many times during our stay.

The rooms were amazing. Just gorgeous.

Clean, prompt service, butler, comfortable bed.
We were promised several times by the front rest they were going to move us to a higher floor. It never happened. They never communicated with us even they saw us many times during our stay.
