Omni Orlando Resort At Championsgate

Really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The pool area was amazing – it had a wave pool, lazy river, water slides, and bar servers who came around to take food and drink orders. The piña coladas were a personal favorite!There were tons of golf options to choose from, whether you're into full-course golf, mini golf, or a fun Topgolf-style experience right on the property.Even with a wedding, a convention, and lots of families on-site, the resort still felt calm and peaceful, which made it super relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a fun and laid-back getaway.

For such a large resort, the arcade felt really small and limited. It would’ve been nice to see more games or activities in that space. Also, there weren’t many food or restaurant options on the property. I expected a bit more variety given the size of the resort. It didn’t ruin our stay, but definitely something to keep in mind.

Beautiful facilities and activity options.

Everything was breathtakingly expensive. From the $38/day self-parking or $50 daily valet parking fee on top of the $260/night room rate, to the $17 mojito that was mostly ice at pool side. Come loaded with cash...

There were too much events during our weekend. It was too crowdy

The location was great! But the customer service was unbelievable, the best I've ever had at any hotel!! From the valet parking employees to the bellmen to the front desk employees all top notch! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!!

That I didn't get to stay longer.

The hotel was beautiful. The facilities, especially the pools, were just what we needed for our little getaway. The kids pool was the best we've experienced! We loved the breakfast down at Trevi's, we had the sweetest server. Everyone was so nice, from the valet attendants to the room service attendants, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk staff. We absolutely loved it for our short staycation! We will be back again!

Nice looking landscape, lots of available parking, good location near I4/US27. Lots of activities on the property to participate in.

Lots of cleaning was needed. Found half drank water bottles in room, popcorn under furniture, and prior guests belongs left in room. Elevator floors were filthy first thing in the mornings. Pool area was in need of TLC (rust stains everywhere, garbage collecting near drainage areas).

Very nice place, room looked clean and the amenities were very nice.

Sheets were dirty upon arrival. The place seemed very understaffed. Replacement sheets took a while and we were not able to get a bellboy in the morning.

I've loved staying at the Omni before. Nice hotel.

The "Villas" or new buildings of room are sold as upgrades but they are underwhelming. Those rooms are VERY similar to a Holiday Inn Express. The main hotel building is definitely the better option.

Best customer service came from the Valet and concierge in my building.
