Oceanfront Suites At Cowichan Bay

The view is amazing. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset everyday. I liked that there are no trash bins in the hotel, that keeps the hotel clean.

Located location location, good restaurant, large rooms & modern

No hooks nor towel racks for replacing towels in use are evident¿ belying the size of the apartment and as such the suggestion of more than one nite stays !

Very nice rooms with all the necessary items needed for our comfortable 3 day stay. Very quiet with the exception of occasional dog barking.

Lackadaisical staff. Not worth the rate they are charging for an executive suite.

The bathroom door was dirty and could definitely use a face lift!

The location could not be better--spectacular views and easy walking to town. We especially liked the fact that we had a suite, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Superb!

The veiw over the bay was amazing, with the sea lions on the dock close to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, I would happily stay again.

A peaceful stay with a beautiful view. We loved the soft beds, the sea lions, and falling asleep to the sound of Cowichan Bay. Pure joy.

Very comfortable spacious room with a fabulous view of the bay. Loved seeing and hearing the Sea Lions.

Disappointing that phoning was the only way to make a reservation at the onsite restaurant. Given that we were in a very different time zone until a few days of our stay this was not practical. By the time we had arrived in Canada the restaurant was fully booked.

Lawn area in front of our suite was somewhat neglected.Would have been nice to have a few spices and condiments, salt, pepper, olive oil in the kitchen

Clean, beautiful views, loved listening to the seals.

No restaurant. Noisy air conditioning units in each room that wouldn’t shut off. I unplugged them.

View is spectacular, spacious suite with functional kitchen, sea lion serenades, good sized bathroom with full sink counter

View was spectacular - the room was HUGE and we loved the layout of it.

More supplies in the kitchen like salt and pepper, large salad bowls, salad tongs.

Fairly clean, convenient. I would rate this a 2 star property.

Staff were surly, no one to help with luggage.

Good location, on the main strip close to restaurants. Great views with private beach. Lots of free parking available.

Property is showing its age, needs some capital expenditure. Kitchen utensils somewhat lacking.

That it was so close to the ocean. I enjoyed every morning that I got to wake up and soak in the view. Best part was when we saw orcas.

That they didn’t have a dishwasher but not a game changer.
