The historic Buccaneer features 131 accommodations in a country club atmosphere on 340 tropical acres. Three private beaches, three restaurants, boutiques, 18-hole golf course, spa, two pools, fitness center, jogging trail, eight tennis courts, Kid's Camp and a water sports center combine to create a luxury playground for all ages. Family-owned and operated since 1947. The Buccaneer is located 7 minutes from historic Christiansted for dining, sightseeing and boating options, and twenty minutes to St Croix’s airport. A variety of accommodations and bedding are offered, all with balconies or patios and mini-refrigerators. Breakfast is included, as well as a welcome drink, daily maid service, snorkeling, kayaks, paddle boards and a variety of guest activities and entertainment. TV didn?t work. Door in bathroom stuck. Food takes forever to get at the restaurant.

The ambiance was exceptional. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were outstanding.

The only issue we had was the vanity in the bathroom was not draining properly. The maintenance staff was not able to resolve this issue during our visit.
