The location was great! Right across from the conference!
It was dirty! There were dried up contacts on the bathroom floor, I don’t wear contacts. There were spots all over the carpet and chips on the floor on the hall. The sheets had blood stains on them that I didn’t notice the first night. I checked my kids, no scratches or dried blood.

Clean and in excellent condition. Seemed to be safe area at night. Rooms and hallway were clean and in good condition.
No available free coffee in the lobby. The room coffee is terrible! Yes there was an available Starbucks. But after paying $200 plus for a room that we were in a total of 2 hours awake that is kind of ridiculous.

Cleanliness, housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff Comfortable bed, lots of pillows, AC. Close to light rail.
Pretty austere aesthetic. Stained hallway carpets.

Location is great!
Food! Front desk stated to scan QR code for the cafe and they would deliver to our room. After waiting 45 minutes we went down to the cafe to inquire where food was and was told we would not be receiving it as they do not have the items to make the food of the menu. There were at least 30 people in the cafe with the same issue. Staff was rude!

It was walking distance to the Dome. Hotel was beautiful and our room was really nice.
The 2am fire alarm lol!
