- The room size and view was fantastic. The pool was great. Bartender at pool was great.

- Staff were rude/unapproachable. Difficult to get beds at the pool unless you wanted to pay to upgrade.. this is despite already paying a resort fee. was not allowed to take water to the pool in 30+ heat. For the price would not stay here again.
- Within an hour of checking in, the bottom of our feet turned black from the dirty floor in our room. I requested our room be cleaned the next day and they said they don't clean daily. Then they only made 1 of 2 beds and dropped off towels on cleaning day
- Hotel cleanliness was very poor and they insist on not offering daily housekeeping. The room furnishings are below mediocre and the bathroom is too small to be comfortable. The service isn’t great either - wouldn’t give us bottles of water
